Rohit Roy to play scam kingpin in Ullu App's next..

Ullu App is coming up with yet another interesting web-series 'Paper'. We heard Rohit Roy, who is currently seen as Vardhan in Sanjivani has been finalized to play scam kingpin in the series.

The web-series is about a young, educated boy from rural India, who came to maximum city in the early 90's with ambitious dreams and attained notoriety as the kingpin of a multicrore counterfeit stamp paper scam. The makers have roped in Rohit Roy has been roped in play the lead role in the series.

When contacted Rohit confirmed the buzz, "Yes, I am doing the series and this is probably the most challenging role I have done till now because my character will turn from a teenager to almost 55 in the show."

He further added, "In 'Paper', I am playing the role of a small town coconut seller Abdul, who rises to become a powerful figure in the country. The ways he used to achieve success was not right, and via this web-series, we will tell people that the shortcut is not always the best cut."

'Paper' will be produced by Vibhu Agarwal, CEO, Ullu Digital Pvt. Ltd., and co-produced by Falguni Shah’s Dreamzz Images Studio and directed by Deepak Pandey.
