Kuch to log kahege...to kehne do, kya problem hai?...

Rajesh Khanna ki ek film ka gaana hai..."Kuch to log kahege, logo ka kaam hai kehna..." Gaana yaad rahe na rahe par hame ye lines hamesha yaad rakhni chhaiye..kyuki hum jo marzi kar le...jo marzi ban le...log fir bhi opinion banate hai...aur 10 me se 9 bura opinion hi banate hai...

Log kuch nahi bahut kuch kehte sunte hai…tum wahi suno jo tumhara dil kehta hai…wahi kaho jo tumhe theek lage….

Tum agar mote ho to log sochege..24 gante khaata hoga...charta hoga gaai-bhais ki tarah...saand kahi ka...

Aur agar tum patle hai...to kahege ise to ek hawa ka jauka uda sakta hai...sochege ki tum to kuch khaate hi nahi...ghaas phoos par zinda rehte hoo...

Log kuch bhi kahe, hame usse kya?...The point is tum apne baare me kya sochte hoo?...

Kya tumhe tum pasand ho? Aur agar pasand hoo to duniya gayi bhaad me...

Dhyaan rakho tumhari hasi ke remote ka button koi daba na paaye...koi tumhare upar censor rating na chala paaye...

Tum duniya ki soch ko control nahi kar sakte..haa lekin apni khushi par tumhara pura power hai...hai na?...

Aur on the other hand agar tum apne aap se jayada khus nahi hoo...
..aur duniya ko chood khud se hi chup rahe hoo, to apne dil ke Darwaze khoolo aur bahar niklo..

Theek hai dar lagta hai, pata hai mujhe...to ek kaam karo darwaza na sahi ek aad khidki hi khool lo...

Chaho toh zor zor ke haso, gaao...
..bolo jo mann me aaye...bhai democracy hai tumko to government bhi nahi rok sakti...

Aur khul ke jeeo...apne liye....aur ulta sidha hi sahi jo sochte ho kahoo...

Bhoolo mat hame wahi karna chahiye jo khud ko achcha lage...duniya gayi bhaad me....

Gudi Padwa! our new year begins today..

I am not born Maharashtrain, but when I was kid we stay in Marathi Mahulla in Indore. Most of my neighbors were Maharashtrians. Most of the faculties and students in my school are Maharashtrians. That’s why I know from today our new year starts. It is also called as GUDI PADWA. I want my kids to know that January 1st is not our's New Year, I want them to remember that according to Hindu calendar our new year starts on Gudi Padwa. Also known as Ugadi in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Konkanis celebrates it as Sanvsar Padvo. Today is the first day of the Chaitra month.

End of one chapter...but the story will continue...

It is with mixed emotions that I send this email to you all. It seems so recently that I joined Mastek, and yet when I look back, it's so far. I have so much to say but I am pretty sure that most of you are not interested to hear. So I am keeping it very short and simple.

Past 3 years have transformed me from a naïve and immature fresher who had no idea about how the world would be outside the comfort of his college gates to a mature professional that I am today. I owe this transformation to Mastek.

Thanks a lot to my manager’s for the trust and belief that they had in me and I hope I kept up to their expectations. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratefulness to my training batch mates, LNG and Core-Elixir colleagues. Each and every one of you have played a pivotal role in shaping me both personally and professionally. (no names have been listed here as I think it would not be fair to miss out anyone).

Well by this last email I am not saying Goodbye to you. Good bye means going away and going away means forgetting. I don’t want to forgot the time spent in training, the time I enjoyed when I was on bench, the time when I got opportunity to work with jaunty LNG team, the time when I was on Virtual Bench it’s the time when Mastek stops loving me for a while, the time when I got chance to work with jovial and cheerful NB team.
