BARC Ratings- Week 50, 2015: Zee Anmol retains No.1 spot
In week 50 (December 12-18, 2015) Zee Anmol continued its lead though, the channel saw a decline in the ratings from 779 million to 752 million. Colors acquired the No.2 spot replacing Star Plus to the No.3 spot. Zee TV and Star Utsav remained at their respective fourth and fifth spots like last week.

Stardust Awards 2015 winners list
More than 100 members of the Industry attended the Sansui COLORS Stardust Awards held at the Reliance Jio Gardens in Mumbai. Paying homage to the hard work put forth by the Indian Film Industry in 2015, the glitzy awards night witnessed a celebration of the commercially successful and critically acclaimed movies that have set incredibly high benchmarks in the year gone by. The splendid night brought together leading and prominent names from the silver screen, whose entertainment quotient reached unparalleled heights with some spectacular performances.

Zee Anmol launches 'Meri Doli Tere Angana'
With New Year around the corner, Zee Anmol brings to its viewers a new primetime show, Meri Doli Tere Angana - a beautiful love story about believing in yourself and staying true to your values. The show that launches Wednesday, December 30th at 8:30 PM is the story of Simran; an orphan married to a man who doesn’t wish to be married to her. By staying true to her values and with believing in herself, Simran is able to winner her husband’s love.

Viacom18 adopts award winning documentary 'Daughters of Mother India'
In a first of its kind initiative, Viacom18 has adopted Daughters of Mother India, the award winning documentary that explores the aftermath of the Nirbhaya rape incident in 2012.
Produced by Academy Award winner Maryann Deleo and directed by National Award winner Vibha Bakshi, Daughters of Mother India is a 45 minutes documentary that explores the effect of Nirbhaya’s brutal gang rape on the collective psyche of India. The documentary has been adopted as a training film by the Indian police academy and various education institutes in India, to sensitize on treating women with respect.

Shah Rukh Khan has once again proven that he is the
country’s top celebrity. Khan is back at No.1 in the 2015 Forbes India
Celebrity 100 list. At 50, SRK continues to rule India’s most definitive
celebrity index.
Having slipped to No.3 last year, he has wrested the
coveted No 1 position on the List back from Salman Khan who has dropped to the
No. 2 slot this year.

After 'Bhaage Re Mann', Zindagi present new TV show 'Aadhe Adhoore'
After the success of the first of its recently launched original show Bhaage Re Mann, Zindagi is all set to roll out its second home-grown fiction series – Aadhe Adhoore. A compelling concept of relationships, betrayal and unrequited emotion, the show turns the spotlight on the new age woman who is in touch with her deeper self, knows who she is and is not apologetic about it. Set in Kapurthal, Aadhe Adhoore centres on the lead protagonist, Jassi’s life. Premiering on 14th December at 9:50 PM, the show promises to engage its viewers with its strong narrative and unconventional storyline.
