The pretty actress was last seen in 'Phir Jeene Ki Tamanna Hai' has been roped to play the role of Shivya's (Himanshu Soni) wife devi Parvati in Zee TV's 'Neeli Chatri Wale'

Kanan Malhotra, who is best known for playing role of Daljeet in Jay and Kinnari Mehta's show 'Rab Se Sona Isshq' on Zee TV, is all set to take the holy nuptial vows on 1 May, 2014 in New Delhi.

The actor is currently doing Sahara One's Phir Jeene Ki Tamanna Hai. He is tying the knot with Delhi-based interior designer, Aakanksha Dhingra. They got engaged on December 26, 2013. The wedding is on May 1 in New Delhi. It's an arranged marriage and the two were introduced by their families.

Kanan confirms, "It's a perfect arrange marriage, we met at a family fucntion and decided to go ahead in life in togetherness. I liked her nature, she is a kind-hearted girl, who understands me very well."
