Asha Negi was almost finalized to play the prominent role in White Horse International's upcoming TV show Mohi(remake of the Bengali show Ishti Kutum) on Star Plus. However, the actress decided to opt out and went ahead to co-host Indian Idol Junior with Hussain Kuwajerwala. Now we heard, Nikita Sharma, who was last seen in Life OK's Do Dil Ek Jaan is finalized to play the role.
According to our sources, "Many actresses were approached for the role of the parallel lead Anusha. But now, Nikita has been zeroed on to play the role."
We tried to get in touch with Nikita, but she remained unavailable for comment.
