Durga Pujo Stampade: Coincidence or Baal's Conspiracy?

Here in India, a nine-day festival is underway, and it comes to an end today.

It is believed that Goddess Durga visits her maternal home during this period with her four children. 

To celebrate this occasion, we install huge idols of Goddess Durga.

 In most of these idols, she is depicted slaying a shape-shifting demon Mahishasur whose story is described in our ancient scriptures.

This year, a stampede occurred in Kolkata during the festival, and 17 people were crushed.

A conspiracy theory has since emerged, linking the tragedy to Baal, a figure mentioned in the Bible. According to this theory, the organizers chose a statue resembling Baal instead of the traditional depiction of Mahishasura.

I haven't been able to verify whether these claims are true, and I don't want to jump to conclusions or spread misinformation. I’m sharing this account simply because it caught my attention. The loss of 17 lives is heartbreaking, and the priority should be to establish the facts behind the tragedy rather than rely on speculation.

Mugdha Chaphekar to play female lead in Soul Ki Hera Pheri

We recently reported that Shakeb Sayed Studioz is coming up with another vertical drama for Story TV, with Krishna Kaul roped in to play the lead. Now, we hear that his Kumkum Bhagya co-star Mugdha Chaphekar will be joining him as the female lead in the show.

Titled ‘Soul Ki Hera Pheri’, the show will see Mugdha playing the character of Akshara, a confident and independent young woman. She will be romantically paired with Abhinav, played by Krishna Kaul.

Shakeb Sayed Studioz is all set to bring another interesting show to Story TV. Titled ‘Soul Ki Hera Pheri’, the upcoming show is said to be a fantasy drama and will feature Krishna Kaul, known for Sairaab, in the lead role.

Abhijeet Bannerjie to Play Laxman for the Third Time in Upcoming Music Video

Actor Abhijeet Bannerjie, who is currently playing a key role in Puneet Issar’s Ishwar The Play, is all set to portray Laxman for the third time in an upcoming music video.

Abhijeet, who was previously known as Joy Bannerjee, first played Laxman in Surajya Sanhita, directed by Padma Shri awardee Chandraprakash Dwivedi. Interestingly, the actor played three different characters Arjun, Laxman and Chandragupt Vikramaditya in different stories in the project. He later went on to work in web series and television commercials.
