Hold Me Like The River Jordan
And I Will Then Say To Thee You Are My Friend.
Carry Me Like You Are My Brother, Love Me Like A Mother.
Carry Me Like You Are My Brother, Love Me Like A Mother.
Will You Be There?
Weary, Tell Me Will You Hold Me? When Wrong,
Weary, Tell Me Will You Hold Me? When Wrong,
Will You Scold Me?
When Lost Will You Find Me?
I'm So Confused Will You Show To Me?
You'll Be There For Me? And Care Enough To Bear Me?
I'm So Confused Will You Show To Me?
You'll Be There For Me? And Care Enough To Bear Me?
Whenever I feel alone, abandoned, afraid, depressed, dejected,
disheartened..whenever I find myself craving for the love, support and
care or want someone to understand me and share the burden of the pain I
am experiencing....whenever I need a hand, a hug or a heart to reach
out to me, I kneel down and start singing this beautiful Michael
Jackson's song from the film 'Free Willy'.
I use this song as a prayer, as a sweet innocent demand to Jesus and tell HIM that, 'I will say to GOD that YOU are my friend only when you remove the negativity from my soul, cleanse it and take away all my worries like the holy water of the Jordan river purified your soul when you were baptized in it.'
My heart starts racing, every time I question GOD ' Will You Be There?'. And HE always, always, always assured through my inner voice that 'HE will be there'.

I know, HE was, HE is and HE will be always there, guiding and protecting me, but like a stubborn child I FORCE him reconfirm HIS presence in my life. And like a loving mother, a protective brother, a caring soul-mate, HE graciously bows down to my demands, to reassure that HE loves me unconditionally and give me a compassionate hug.
