Tarannum Mallik and Sumedha Karmahe, who are two of the promising singers of Bollywood have come together and released a music video on the occasion of Friendship Day. The music video titled 'Dubstep Mein Saali', also feature ALT Balaji's Gandi Baat actor Saurabh Singhal, Neetu Wadhwa and Star Voice of India-2 winner Ravi Shukla.
"I wanted to do friendship based a peppy number and shared the idea with my co-music director Abhinay Jain. He liked the idea and then we decided to collaborate with Sumedha and Ravi. They also loved the concept and gave the nod for the music video," said Tarannum, who has been the voice for many hit movies like Ek Tha Tiger, Fukrey, Delly Belly and Raees.
For those uninitiated, Sumedha is known for hit numbers like 'Toota Jo Kabhi Taara' from A Flying Jatt and 'Nazm Nazm' from Bareilly Ki Barfi. When quizzed haven't she felt insecure, while releasing a music video in collaboration with Sumedha? Tarannum laughed and said, "No, not at all! Sumedha is a sweetheart and close to my heart. We both are aware about our talent and uniqueness, so there is no space for insecurity between us."
When asked are they going to collaborate again? Sumedha replied, "Yes, why not? Our team is amazing, we literally had a blast while recording and shooting for 'Dubstep Mein Saali'. I really wish to do the collaboration again and again with them."
