Sheeba Chaddha roped in for Ullu App's next..

Ullu App has been churning out web-series one after the other and leaving no stone unturned to give audiences the best of the content. They are coming up with yet another interesting series based on the traditional singers and dancer from Uttar Pradesh. We heard an actor par excellence, Sheeba Chaddha has been roped in to play a prominent role in the series.


According to a close source, "The yet-to-be-titled series is about the love, devotion, dedication and betrayal of a girl, who belonged to the Mirasi clan. Sheeba will be seen playing the power-packed role of Ruksar Begum, who is the wife of a nawab. She is a doting mother and a dedicated wife. Though she is good at heart, but her behavior is as per the social status of the person she is dealing with and that way she is very dominating."

For the uninitiated, Mirasi's are associated with music and are often looked down upon in society.

The series will be produced by Vibhu Agarwal, CEO, Ullu Digital Pvt. Ltd. and co-produced by Rajeev Singh and Rajaram Patidar.
