They say success can’t be measured but in the case of Comedy Nights with Kapil, success sure can be measured and in millions! Last evening, the shows Facebook page crossed a 10 whopping million fans – a first for any Indian television show on the social media platform.

It’s been less than a year and the show’s popularity has shot through the roof. The humorous banter between Kapil Sharma and his wacky family - wife (Sumona Chakravarty), dadi (Ali Asgar), naukar Raju (Chandan Prabhakar), bua (Upasana Singh), neighbour Palak (Kiku Sharda) and friend-cum-spectator Navjot Singh Sidhu have become household names.

The show’s format enables revered personalities from different walks of life to come together and add a touch of laughter to viewers’ lives every weekend. The countdown for Season 7 of Jhalak Dikhhla Ja has begun. The list of 13 contestants have been finalized, out of which 12 confirmed names are Cricketer Sreesanth, Karan Tacker, Pooja Bose, Shakti Mohan, Kritika Kamra, Ashish Sharma, VJ Andy, Singer Sukhwinder Singh, Purab Kohli, Kiku 'Palak' Sharda, Akshat Singh (India's Got Talent kid) and Mouni Roy.

S Sreesanth, Karan Tacker, Shakti Mohan, VJ Andy, Pooja Bose, Mouni Roy, Kritika Kamra, Kiku Sharda (he will participate as Palak) and Akshat Singh (India's Got Talent kid) are already finalized for next season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Now we heard singer Sukhwinder Singh and Ashish Sharma have also made it to the final list.

Sanaya Irani, currently seen in Colors’ Rangrasiya was supposed to participate in dance reality show, but she declined the offer. Sakshi Tanwar (currently seen in Bade Acche Lagte Hain) and Shikha Singh (recently seen in Sasural Simar Ka) has also been approached.
