Yashraj TV’s Khotey Sikkey’s on Sony

YRF is back with a bang on Sony TV; so many shows are in the pipeline. Khotey Sikkey is one of them, which will hit screen on 21st January.

It’s a 26-part series, a bi-weekly and will be aired on Fridays and Saturdays.  It is based on lives of five  folks who are into drugs, drive fast cars, party a lot, use of weapons and interact with suspicions and wicked people and a duty-bound cop.

The show opens up in lock up, in which five people were locked up. A cop then forces them to wipe off the crime from the city.

Vikas Kumar is playing Inspector Damodar played; he is last seen in YRF’s Powder.

Hasan Zaidi of Sabki Ladli Bebo and is part of YRF's Powder & Rishta.com, will play an alcoholic man Mohit who drives fast and creates a lot of problems in his life. His girl friend is in coma because of him so he has a lot of anger within him.

Puru Chibber seen in YRF’s Rishta.com, Seven and in Band Baja Baraat plays a philander who loves to gamble over girls.

Dilkhush last seen in Kasam Se will play role of Delnaaz. Delnaaz is the youngest and is adventurous, who loves thrills and weapons and completely into drugs.

Sukhmani Sadana plays Uttara , who is who is superstar’s sister , a typical recluse and does not like to be in a company, a perfect South Mumbai girl who desires to be a famous model.

Mark Parakh last seen in Mahhi Way plays Ayush who is a computer hacker.

    Yashraj films television is coming back with a new TV series named Khote Sikkey which will be about the concept which shows how youngster, basically belonging to richer part of society is creating menace and resulting crime which is uncontrollable.

    Basically show Khote Sikkey traces the story of an unlikely gang - five privileged youngsters and one cop who is stubborn enough to not give up on such and manage to solve various crimes. In the start the show will be a bi-weekly show with a new, fictional case in focus every week to follow on.

    Yash Raj Films Television is always exploring new concept and presenting views nice subjects as shows, their previous endeavors were of ‘Mahi Way’, ‘Rishta.com’, ‘Powder’ or ‘Seven’.

    Again in this new series Khotte Sikkey they will show us what we are seeing now a days in news paper and even seeing around us.. ie. rich spoiled youngsters and the crime they do, sometimes for fun and sometimes intentional.

    The show is expected to start this January of 2011.

    I think I have seen a good crime thriller after lots of time. You know I used to fight with my wife as she was more interrested in watching "Anandi" at that time, so, I used to watch the same in drawing room. However, I found myself in the same....the bonding, friendship, nicknacks, intellegence, patriotism, excitement....and more over it was so smart. I have never seen a serial where on one incident, 10 people will give a look at ten different times, I wish it could continue like CID
