Happy birthday Panchi…
It’s your birthday Panchi…
A special day not only for you but for all of us….
You’re another year older…
Another year wiser….
And more gorgeous and ravishing for it too…
So how can I make it an occasion, this day that arrives but once a year?...
I had wrapped my heart up filled with love and send you this birthday cheer…
You know there is a shortage of sugar in this universe after 27 December,1985.
Because god used all the sugar to make you sweet.
Have a marvelous birthday, wish you all the happiness in the world.
We love you so much Panchi.
Cheers,
-K Himaanshu Meehirs’ Shukla…

Have a Blessed and Merry Christmas!!!
May you enjoy the excitement of getting together with loved ones during long Christmas holidays, share many laughs, and get your fill of all the wonderful foods you like to eat this time of year.
Also, let’s not forget about those less fortunate than us. Maybe drop off some food to the Food Bank, visit someone who is house-bound, or give a special donation to the orphanage or old age home.
If we all just do one thing, we may be able bring a smile to someone’s face this Christmas who usually struggles this time of year.
We are truly blessed – lets spread it around.
Have a Blessed and Merry Christmas!!!

Ek pal to ab humein jeene do...
The last time I was really moved by the lyrics of a Hindi movie song was when I listened to ‘Maa…’, from Taare Zameen Par. The touching lyrics and emotional representation by Shankar Mahadevan had the old tear ducts working overtime the very first time I heard the song.
The same thing happened a couple of days back, when I was listening to the one of songs of ‘3 Idiots’. ‘3 Idiots’ is the big screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s ‘Five Point Someone’. I enjoy good music and by good music I mean the kind that has understandable lyrics and doesn’t get out of your head that easily. “Give me some sunshine…Give me some rain” is one of those kind of songs. It has quite simple relatable lyrics, an easy to sing along with kind of chorus and a hummable tune.
Saari umr hum, mar mar ke jee liye, Ek pal to ab humein jeene do, jeene do…
(All our life, lived like we were dead, Let us live for a moment, at least now….)
Rishvat dena to khud Papa ne sikhaya, 99% marks laaoge to ghadi, varna chhadi….
(Dad taught me the art of bribery, A wristwatch if you get 99% marks, else a whipping….)
Concentrated H2S04 ne poora poora bachpan jala dala….
(All my childhood burnt away by Concentrated H2S04….)
Bachpan to gaya, jawani bhi gayi ik pal to abh hamain jeene do jeene do ….
(Our Childhood’s gone and so has our youth, at least now let us live for a moment…)
It’s like a paean(…a song of joyful praise or euphoria) to a childhood lost to the rat race of academics. ‘Bachpan to gaya, jawani bhi gayi’……
How many people have sacrificed the best years of their life at the altar of studies? (…well I am one of them.)
How many hours wasted mugging up stuff which has never been of any use in our adult life? […we used to call exams as ‘Intellectual Vomiting’, because we mug up all the answers before the exam and vomited it on the answer paper. Remember how you feel after leaving examination hall?...the same feeling we get after vomiting…feel good feeling :) ]
How many have wondered after their first successful job interview why the 5 marks for which their parents/teachers had berated you, did not matter that much? […I remember my mom slapped because I left one question in Social Science exam]
Why hadn’t employers even glanced at that holiest of holies – the 10th standard mark sheet , for which so many young ones are driven to insanity or even worse, suicide?
If I put myself in my parents shoes I can understand the parent’s point of view. In a developing nation like ours a good education does seem like the only way to ensure a your wards’ future financial security. But somewhere along the line the combined pressure from the schools (…must not blemish school’s flawless /impeccable record) and parents (…how can they face others if their son/daughter is a failure?) so many youngsters are forced to lead a life devoid of imagination and devoted to learning by rote(…memorization by repetition), random data which can be rehearsed/ regurgitated at exams.
Add to that the pressure to be an all-rounder today’s child has after school tuitions, dance classes, drawing classes, karate classes, sports coaching, vocal lessons, personality development classes and what not, all of which he or she is supposed to excel in!!! Honestly, if Newton were a child in present day India he would never have developed his theory of gravitation. Lets imagine the scene, young Newton lazing under an apple tree. Of course, the odds are an enraged parent or teacher will grab him by the ear and drag him back to his books scolding, ‘Good for nothing dude, lazing around instead of studying. Get back to your book or you will be an utter failure in life’
In a our country India where currently, the ultimate dream of every parent and ambition of every young student is to become a software engineer (....previously favorites like Civil engineer, IAS, Banking, or even a medical degree are not as popular as before), the number of unemployed engineers are increasing as colleges set up mainly for the purpose of making money, churn out more and more numbers of “*unemployable engineers*”. NASSCOM reported that 75% of Indian engineering students are unemployable(http://www.educationmaster.org/news/nasscom-report-75-indian-engineering-students-unemployable.html ). With the combined push of parents, school, tuitions, coaching institutes students somehow manage secure admission into a professional college(…like I get). And that’s where many of them feel cut aimless or adrift, the group which had pushed them into this, now seem unable to help them any longer. That’s where they realize that getting there was just half the job. That their work is barely over.
The song echoes the angst of these youth caught in such a situation and who seem to be demanding for just a moment to be themselves. Though the lyrics are poignant, it does not sound gloomy or mournful?(….no violins moaning in the background). In fact the music is quite upbeat peppy and playful. Do listen to the song.

Celinas’ Raaz pichle janam ka...
Yesterday one of my friend send an SMS that he is coming with Celina Jaitly in ‘Raaz pichle Janam Ka’. The show is based on past life regression. As my friend is coming with doe-eyed Celina so I stick to NDTV Imagine to watch Celinas’ Raaz pichle janam ka.
Celina comes to ‘Raaz Pichle Janam Ka’ to know why is she still waiting for true love? She also wanted to find out about the recurring stomach pain which she had since childhood. The pain she experiences lasts for days together until she can move again without any control. Despite consulting various doctors and undergoing medical tests, the root cause of the problem could not be detected.
I liked the concept of ‘Raaz Pichle Janam Ka’ because I do believe in reincarnation. But the realness of ‘Raaz Pichhle Janam Ka’ is a complicated subject as well as the topic of past life regression, since none of the psychological/ psychosomatic techniques are 100% full proof.
I don’t know why the presenter of the show gifts a teleshopping artifact "Suraksha Kavach". Ravi Kissan hopping to the end the show pointing towards the regression couch as "Samay Rath" defiantly creeps one out especially those who have watched too many time travel brutal ending movies.

Natty fashion fundas...by Terence...
Dance India Dance season-2 will start today and I am excited and not happy at the same time. Happy because I like the show, I like DID due to four reasons :
1) Mithon is grand master , I respect him he is very kind hearted man.
2) quality and flavors’ of dance.
3) big fan of Geeta maa(…I like her bubbly cheeks with sweet dimples) and Terence ji.
4) because of Mimoh. Not happy because it will be aired at 9:30 p.m which means it is pitted against half of ‘Bigg Boss’. Me and my roomies are big fan of ‘Bigg Boss’ and we used to watch ‘Raaz Pichle Janam Ka’ when ‘Bigg Boss’ gives a break after 9:30 p.m.

Mathematics before launching a new serial
It is indeed a tough job to be in the shoes of a programming head, for that matter in recent times, the shoe pinches even the channel’s marketing head. More so, when the TRPs of programs of that channel are sliding downwards and the channel has to fight to beat competition. Each time a new show is proclaimed one tries to figure out the mathematics that has gone into it to get it right. Sometimes they get it wrong too but the one who does not expect much have always got their mathematics right?
As I tried to understand this complex business of which show at what channel and what time and which production house and which actor/ actress and what type I am more and more convinced that you have to be a mathematician J to get it right. There has to be faultless calculation and the right permutation and combination. If you master the recipe that glues viewers to watch a particular show then the chances are you will get it right in the end.
This week saw two new shows –‘Raaz Pichle Janam Ka’ on NDTV Imagine and ‘Pratigya’ on Star Plus. RPJK is a reality show on past-life regression. Contestants are hypnotized and then quizzed about their past lives.
RPJK is produced by The Ideas Box, of Amar Chitra Katha Pvt Media now delves in a heavy-duty adult TV show. I must confess I was glued to the show last to lasr night. A homemaker from Bhopal Swati Singh, has a fear of flying. After past life degeneration she revealed that she was killed in an air-crash. The shocking was the fact that the aircraft that crashed had also carried nuclear physicist Homi Jehangir Bhabha.
After Rakhi Ka Swayamvar (… :D)and Pati, Patni aur Woh, NDTV Imagine has once again chosen interesting reality show(….I find Swayamwar and Pati Patni intresting only and only because of the great master piece Rakhi Sawant ).
I have two complaints for Razz Pichle Janam Ka- 1) the timing and the choice of the host. A show like this cannot be aired at 9.30 pm(….bcos Bigg Boss is aired on this time slot). The host Ravi Kissen was awkward, looked lost and over-dramatic(….like her melodramatic sister Rakhi Sawant). In yesterdays episode he wear Pink Shirt with Red tie a total misfit (… well I think that combination was invented by Bhav Aman Chawla, Splits Villa-2 contestant).
Coming to Pratigya, it is the story of an ordinary girl’s (…as usual, same gishi piti story)resolve to regain her respect. Got feedback from one of my friend. She said the show started well and managed to sustain interest throughout. Kunal Kapoor, the paan-chewing Angad who plays the eve teaser is worth a mention apart from the concept of Pratigya. Pooja Gor who played the lead role as Pratigya looks good. My friend said the first episode was praiseworthy but I think it’s too early to predict its fate. After Balika Vadhu shows with social messages are currently in fashion this one better be different if it has to help put Star back in the race.
Now, the crucial aspect of the time slots of both the shows. Raaz Pichle Janam Ka airs at 9.30 pm which means it is pitted against half of Bigg Boss(which airs from 9-10pm), Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (the driver show for Star) and the critically applauded Ladies Special on Sony which gets premature burial as it ends on Dec 11. Going by the interest generated in its launch episode Imagine may give the others some sleepless nights.
Pratigya which airs at 10.30 pm competes with the highly rated Colors show, Na Aana Is Des Laado and Aap ki Antara on Zee. 10.30pm has been a holy slot for Star(….remember Ektajis Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahut Thi), hope it works for them yet again.
Hope Star and Imagine got their mathematics right.

Wrong perceptions...
One of my good friend let’s say Sheena(Pseudo name) pinged me yesterday and angrily said “I hate you himaanshu........you r immature....u've spoiled my day”. She was angry b’cos she thought the blog where I said Happy Birthday to a Bloody Moron was for her close friend (…let’s say Sameer).
Sameer was my ex-project mate. He and me were good friends a couple of months ago, sometimes relationships don’t always go the way we plan. Some gap, some misunderstanding and some miscommunication spoiled our friends ship. May be our EGOs played important role in destroying our bond(…I think I am more Egoistic).
The point is why would I post a blog on Sameer’s birthday? And If I had written that for him then why would my friends who don’t even know who is this Sameer, post a comments on it.
Sheena once said why I used Sameer's name in my blog ‘Teenagers love and itching on the tree trunk‘. It was a very common name, one can easily find atleast 2-3 guys with that name in each local train. There are crore’s of peoples with that name and there are lakh’s of people who share birthday with him.
May be you guys are thinking why I am giving explanation if I hadn’t written blog for that person. I am giving explanation b’cos I want to clear the mess up from Sheena’s mind that keeps bugging her.
I write blogs because I like blogging I never intended to hurt anyone.
Her perception about me is wrong, I hope her opinion about me will change and we will remain good friends forever. If she still don’t want to talk with me or hate me then it ok.

Now we know what Indians want more than anything else :)
Type 'removing' in search text box on http://www.google.co.in/
Now type 'removing' in search text box onhttp://www.google.com/
See the difference between matching search criterias.
[dot com(.com) refers to a commercial website. dot co (.co) would be sites at specific countries. Like co.in for India, co.uk for United Kingdom, co.nz for New zealand. For eg. www. google.com opens as http://www.google.co.in/ in India.]

World AIDS Day!
World AIDS Day! Today, 1 December, the whole world is honoring those infected and affected with HIV/AIDS, along with those who have passed away. Since 1981, the disease has afflicted millions of people all over the world.
Today there are 65 million people in the world who live with AIDS. There have been 25 million deaths. The numbers are staggering. One adult in a hundred in the world is living with HIV. In parts of Africa, it is one in three.
People around the world continue to fight about how to prevent AIDS -- self-denial still wins over condoms, needle exchange is still forbidden in many places, homophobia and sexism still keep people from being able to protect themselves.
"Stop AIDS!. Keep the Promise!."
Get educated and spread the message!..

26/11...
Today is the 26/11 anniversary and it’s an year since our great India found itself caught pants down. Life goes on. And the first anniversary of 26/11 is just that to everybody who did not lose somebody in the terror attack on the Mumbai...a date.
To recall the horror of that night when you thanked your God that your loved ones and you were not wining and dining at the Taj or Oberoi, nor catching a beer or a champagne at Leopold, waiting for a train at CST station, delivering a baby at Cama Hospital, when bloody ten armed terrorists sailed in from Pakistan and chopped the soul out of our Mumbai. Nariman House at Colaba, nobody had heard of existed, much less as a pilgrim centre for Jews, until the terrorists killed the harmless and friendly Rabbi and his wife there and orphaned their little son.
But it’s a year since then. And not unless you are the widow Kavita Karkare demanding to know what happened to your husband Hemant’s bullet-proof jacket, the widow Vinita Kamte struggling to discover the dying moments of your husband Ashok, the daughter Vaishali turning down the government compensation for your father Ombale... would you know what 26/11 really means.
Notwithstanding the tributes to the heroes and victims that make this page, the brave words by a regrouped police force that offer hope, the truth is the candles you light on the first anniversary of that dark and deadly day, the black ribbon that you tie in your hands are in memory of those who got killed... and they’re not because they died for us, but because they died instead of us.
Sometimes I wonder, if I am as safe as Kasab is in the Mumbai jail. But I also feel, that it is really stupid of me to think something like that, as in a democratic country like our India this bloody terrorist has got a fair trial, unlike it is in Pakistan. I also understand that it has taken quiet a long time, for the Indian judiciary to punish him and one cannot wait anymore to see this man being hanged. Many of us wonder as to when that day would finally arrive, when justice would be done. As it is said “Justice delayed is justice denied.”
Dont forget, one year after the incidents the masterminds are still free, people who have lost their families are still in pain.

Farewell to a wonderful friend, colleague and overall human being
Today is Vvaibhavs’ last day in Mastek. I am not very good with words especially in times like these, I want to tell Vvaibhav what a wonderful colleague and friend he is. In the seven months I knew him, he was always there to support others. He had a way of lifting your spirits when you needed it. It showed that he truly cared for the people around him.
I have a hard time saying goodbye, because I think saying Good Bye means Going away, and going away means forgetting. I am usually one of the last ones to leave a party (…I am nt a party animal, I rarely go to parties)and my “good byes” tend to turn into 20-minute long conversations(….some of my frnds calls me chit chat box). Perhaps, this is why I was not there in Vvaibhavs farewell party.
I won’t forget all of the valuable moments we spent together esp. in bus. We used to play Dumb Charades, and Vvaibhav is famous for giving famous weirdest home production movies like ‘Pappu Sapola’, ‘Basanti ki shaadi aur gabbar ka honeymoon’, ‘Aids wala darinda’, ‘Mugliyai chandal’ etc etc etc.
It is very hard to say good bye to you. But a farewell is necessary before you can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetime, is certain for those who are friends.
All the best for your future. Keep up the great work!!!

World Day for the prevention of Child Abuse
19 November is World Day for the prevention of Child Abuse.
Sexual abuse of children is frightening, upsetting, often unimaginable and incredible & an disgusting crime. While it's the moral obligation for adults to ensure children are protected, we remain silent. More often than not for plain selfish reasons. The discomfort caused if acknowledged, the denial that our children can be sexually abused, family reputation at stake, sheer innocence. Then there’s the quietness of the children. Because of the manipulation, ignorance, fear.

A silenced vulnerable child & a silent non-protective environment-working to an abuser’s advantage. Since usually victims are their relatives, neighbors, students, friends etc.
I saw these statistics on child abuse while surfing internet and I think it’s shocking!!!
It is not only figures such as 1 million children each year are forced into the sex trade, but it is also the abuse that surrounds us in our daily lives amongst people we know that we often tend to turn a blind eye to.
- Most child abuse happens in the child’s home. It is therefore often unreported, unseen, and the children often remain silent, feeling shamed and guilty.
- Of the rapes and sexual abuse reported of children under 12 years, 90% of the victims knew their perpetrator
- Child abuse occurs at all socio-economic levels of society, across ethnic and cultural lines, within all religions and at all levels of education.
- One third of abused and neglected children will go on to abuse and neglect their own children, continuing the horrible cycle of abuse.

Everyday...
Every day I think of you…
Every day you cross my mind…
Every day I see something that reminds me of you…
Every day I m missing you…
Every day I wish you were mine…
Every day I wonder what could have been…
Every day I think of why you did this?...
& Every day I m getting stronger…
Every day I m moving on…
But every day I’ll always miss you…
Every day you cross my mind…
Every day I see something that reminds me of you…
Every day I m missing you…
Every day I wish you were mine…
Every day I wonder what could have been…

But every day I’ll always miss you…

What I want?...
What I want is to be needed. What I need is to be essential and indispensable to somebody. Who I need is somebody that will eat up all my free time, my ego, my attention. Somebody addicted to me.

Linkedin and Twitter will work together
Just heard that Linkedin and Twitter will work together. When we set our status on LinkedIn we can now tweet it as well, amplifying it to our followers and real-time search services like Twitter Search and Bing. And when we tweet, we can send that message to our LinkedIn connections as well, from any Twitter service or tool.
This feature is launched yesterday and now available to all of users, making that two-way communication between our status updates and tweets a breeze to set up.
ON LINKED IN:
All we need to do is check the Twitter box under our Network Updates box on the homepage and follow a few simple steps.
If you pick the latter, don’t forget to add the #li or #in hashtag to every relevant tweet you’d like to send back to LinkedIn.
So go ahead and get started. Link your LinkedIn and Twitter accounts today to add a new dimension to your professional conversation

My heart can’t afford to be just friends...
My heart can’t afford to be just friends.
It's you **o*i . You're the one I talk and dream about all the time, the one I can't stop thinking about. The one that can make me laugh when I don't even want to smile, the one that can make me feel better in .001 micro seconds. It's you that I’m crazy about.
You don't realize how much it means to me when you sit with me or call me.
You know when you’re sitting on a chair and you lean back so you’re just on two legs then you lean too far and you almost fall over but at the last second you catch yourself? I feel like that around you all the time. I'd rather be standing outside in the freezing cold with you than to be warm in the arms of someone else.
I want you to be the last person I want to talk to before I go to sleep at night and before I take my last gulp of air. Everyone wants to be remembered for something, I just want to be remembered by you.

After the Chinese demands for Arunachal Pradesh, Google now has started FOOLING Indians as well !!Google shows different maps to Indians and Chinese. In the Indian Version, it shows “Arunachal Pradesh” as a Disputed region (Not even a part of India) where as in the Chinese version, it shows Arunachal Pradesh as an Integral Part of CHINA!
Here are the snap shots of maps that I saw.

We are one in heart...
Received this poem from one of my colleague, I like this so I post it here.
I've made a vow, to no one but you
I pledge my love to forever be true
I'll take care of you and treat you right
I'll lay beside you all through the night
I'll feed you and clothe you and keep you warm
I'll hug you and kiss you and give shelter in the storm
I'll help you and guide you and clear a path
I'll protect you and shield you from an angry man's wrath
I'll listen to your problems help you solve them too
I'll make you a rainbow and let the sun shine through
I'll take your side even if you're wrong
Just to prove our love is strong
I'll plant you flowers and make them grow
They'll be a symbol of love that only we'll know
I'll whisper your name when no one is near
So low that only you can hear
You'll feel my love even if we're apart
You'll know that we are one in heart
I pledge my love to forever be true
I'll take care of you and treat you right
I'll lay beside you all through the night
I'll feed you and clothe you and keep you warm
I'll hug you and kiss you and give shelter in the storm
I'll help you and guide you and clear a path

Monday blues...
"Creativity is a central source of meaning in our lives... & when we are involved in it, we feel that we are living more fully than during the rest of life."
OMG, I can relate to that quote. When I feel the creative impulse sparkling and bubbling up from within and I just ignore it, pushing it back down, I feel alive but anesthetized and numb. Comfortably numb (…Pink Floyd fans know what I mean). But when I obey my creative voice, make a date with it and draw, skect, paint or write, slowly the feeling comes back to that which was numb. It's mysterious and wonderful. Have you had that experience?
Be risky - it's Monday, what do you have to lose? Get lost in your creative voice today...
Cheers,

One Day You’ll Also Cry For Me
Do you remember all the times
When you would come to me in tears
Do you remember all the silly rhymes
I would say to hear your laughter cheer
Did you not love me
The way that I loved you,
Could you just not see
Didn’t you have just one clue
So now that I’ve come to grips
I simply must say,
When you cry do not expect my lips
To kiss the pain away
When your sad and blue
Don’t turn to look behind,
For I will no longer be there behind you
To make the sun come out and shine
I have but one last thing to say
And these are the words that will let it be,
Let it be what it was from the very first day,
When you would come to me in tears
Do you remember all the silly rhymes
I would say to hear your laughter cheer
Did you not love me
The way that I loved you,
Could you just not see
Didn’t you have just one clue

Thoda wish karo…
Relationships are delicate. Unless you tend to them with a lot of love, care and attention, they may die sooner even before you realize. We wish our love to stay by our side forever but destiny may have something else in store. Those who are single may wish to fall in love and be in a relationship. The silver lining is wishes often do come true. All you have to do is wish. If you don’t wish, then how can you expect them to come true in the first place?....isliye thoda wish karo…

Can we love that too?
I remember sitting in my yoga class a light years back when our teacher Mrs. Philip invited us to close our eyes and entertain a romantic fantasy. She asked us to draw a picture in our minds of the perfect guy/ gal/ man or a woman, a person with whom we were in love, or had a crush on, or for whom we simply had a strong infatuation or for whom we are crazy. We were to sketch in our minds every last detail like their hair, their eyes, their lips, their shape, their eyebrows, their dimples, everything about them we found beautiful/ gorgeous/ pretty or attractive. She asked us to focus on how astonishing they were and to celebrate our love or emotion for them.
Done...
I imagined a girl in my mind and felt a sweltering/ searing/ sizzling pulse of warm affection, as I assume, was intended.
Then she said, ‘Now imagine the object of your affection...naked…. Without clothes.’
Ohh!!! Done…
The temperature in the room must have risen several Fahrenheit’s among the students. It couldn't get any better than this.
Finally, she said, ‘Now, I want you to picture this love of your life, in your mind's eye, naked and beautiful......on the toilet. I want you to picture them picking their nose and wiping the snot in an unseemly place. I want you to see them mining for earwax and looking at its texture. I want you to picture them urinating, listening to the pee as it tinkles, I want you to smell them passing gas in the most pungent/ strong sense, I want you to listen to them grunt, defecating in the loudest manner possible, dropping feces into the water below...’
I can't assure about anyone else in the room...but my perfect fantasy just turned to nightmare…I swear literally into a nightmare.
Then, pausing for effect, she concluded her experiment by saying, ‘Now, if you can still tell me you love them...then I believe you.’
Her point was well-taken. When we consider love, beauty, what is attractive in a person, it usually begins on the surface, how they look, whether clothed or even naked. Then, as we mature, we realize that the object of our love, our fantasy must go beyond the superficial to what's inside, their intelligence, personality, their emotional maturity and spirituality. But are these the only things that lie inside a person? Should these ghostly / insubstantial / ethereal qualities be the only reason for our love and intimacy? As my teacher helped us ponder: what about the physical-internal, both the pleasant and the not so pleasant? Can we love that too?
Thanks Mrs. Philip….

Wish for a love...
If you wish for love then you are not alone. Love is wished for by most people, no matter where they live or what language they speak or how much they earn or how educated they are. Love knows no boundaries of age, location or gender. In fact, some peoples around the world says love is equal to God. When you wish for love, it’s as if you wish for God. No one feels complete in life unless they are loved by someone or have someone to love. There is perhaps no other thing in this world that can make anyone as happy as love does.
With Love...

My Comment : KRK thrown out from Bigg Boss house.
Aaah…I darfted this after KRK removal from BB and forgot to post it.
The abusive, rude, foul, impatient, violent tempered, brash Kamal Khan a.k.a KRK (…as he pompously calls himself..lolzzz) has been expelled from the Bigg boss house. So if this guy was so violent (he threw a bottle at a fellow inmate Rohit Verma) and short tempered (…he kept flying off the handle at the least provocation) what was he doing in a show which requires him to share space with 12 other contestants?
Should not reality show contestants be made to go through some sort of test to gauge if they can be put in a community fish bowl? Even when we sets up a fish tank at home we are careful not to combine the aggressive fish with the mild ones for the fear of an assault. And KRK did just that!!! when he did that Bigg Boss promptly threw him out of the show. This is a classic case of throwing the baby out with the bath water.
Now the channel and the production house are laughing and crying at the same time. Laughing because KRK had until then single handedly upped the ratings of the show and crying because now the show may lose its punch. By merely getting rid of the culprit/ offender does it absolve all concerned from having let loose a nutty man in the house? Since the rule book says that anyone who gets abusive or violent will be expelled from the house why in the first place invite such an individual to play the game? …[Lets see what will happen to Vindu Dara Singh].

Happy Guru Nanak Jayanti !!!...
Today is Guru Nanak Jayanthi. I extend to you all, my heartfelt wishes for the same. Guru Nanak Jayanti is the birthday of the first Sikh Guru, ‘Guru Nanak Dev ji’, and one of the most sacred festivals in India. The 10 Sikh Gurus were responsible for shaping the beliefs of the Sikhs. Their birthdays, known as Gurupurabs, are occasions for celebration and prayer among the Sikhs. The Gurupurab is celebrated every year with great pomp and show across the globe.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji (the First Guru, the founder of Sikhism) was born on 14 April 1469.The birthday of Guru Nanak Sahib falls on Kartik Poornima, i.e., the day of the full moon in the month of Kartik. The celebration is generally similar for all Gurpurabs; only the hymns are different. In India especially in Punjab, people comes from different states to celebrate Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Birthday with religious fervour at Golden temple in Amritsar. All the Gurudwaras will be light up decoratively and people will come to worship waheguru on the auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti.
Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa….Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh….

Two cents from Olympia...
Received an email from Olly…
Life is not all that complicated, it is we who complicate it. Everyone has a share of good times and bad... it's easy to smile during good times but to make a difference is to smile even during the bad. And ofcourse there are friends and family who give us the strength and love to get ahead through any situation. A positive outlook towards life is a lifesaver.
What a great thought …isn't it?....
