Aakanksha Singh in DJ's Production's next on Sony Pal?

Aakanksha Singh, who rose to fame with Colors popular show 'Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha' is all set to shine again on small screen. If everything goes well, she will be seen playing the main lead in Deeya and Tony Singh's DJ Production's upcoming show on Sony Entertainment's new channel Sony Pal.

According to our reliable sources, "The gal-next-door has been finalized to play the protagonist in DJ's Production house upcoming show. She will be seen as the mother of two kids."

When contacted, Aakanksha refused to divulge any details, "Nothing is confirmed. I have not yet signed the contract."

    Deeya and Tony I hope better sense prevails u guys. And cast an actress who is more competent. And far more talented. Sorry to say the actress you have chosen lacks acting skills, lacks charm. I would say a complete misfit in your scheme of things. I would rather watch your old shows online. Rather then watching this disastrous actress.. Who will be the perfect recipe in bungling up your show. Please show some sense and discretion when choosing actors for your new show

      What nonsense! At 22, she played convincingly the role of elder Megha as mother of two grown up children- to actors who are older to her in real life. Watch the 'Jhansi episodes' of NBT season 2 where she gets news that her son is dead... her acting is phenomenal ... don't go on putting down someone for no reason at all!

      Phenomenal. That's a laugh riot. Whats so extraordinary in her performance? She is simply mediocre in her performance. Completely bland and boring. It's a complete snooze fest when she is on screen. Making a pathetic attempt to act. Playin a mom's role convincingly doesn't make one a good actress. Ms absolute bland actress
