Actor turned politician Hema Malini is quite upset these days because of the promo's of an upcoming show on Colors'.
Rashmi Sharma is producing a show Swaragini, and the Dream Girl believed that the promos bear a close resemblance with the concept which she developed a couple of years ago.
According to our sources, "Hema developed a concept for a show 'Swaranjali' in 2012 for a well known GEC. Her show was about 2 sisters, Swara and Anjali who were destined to become rivals before they even realize that they were siblings. The show was set against the music backdrop. 'Swaragini' is also a story about 2 friends, Swara and Ragini and has a similar backdrop."
Hema Malini's show was conceptualized by Sonam Mann and Prakriti Mukherjee. They were shocked, when they saw the promos of 'Swaragini' because they narrated the similar story to another channel.
Just for the records, Sana Sheikh (as Anjali) and Shivalika Oberoi (as Swara), along with actress Bhagyashree (as Sangeeta Devi) and Anju Mahendroo (as the grandmother) shot the pilot of 'Swaranjali'.
