Why Poonam Pandey may never get Bigg Boss?

While there is considerable hype and hoopla generated about Poonam Pandey and her fans wanting to see her in Bigg Boss, we stumbled upon something that may raise a lot of eyebrows.

An inside source informs us that when Poonam Pandey used to enjoy the peak of her popularity, she was offered the reality show during Season 5.

But to the shock of its makers she quoted an unreasonably astronomical sum of around 2 crores, which really upset them. After this, her fate was sealed and no one got in touch with her for Bigg Boss again.

But now with a dip in Poonam's one-time popularity after the debacle of her film Nasha, it is said that the publicity crazy gal is desperate to go to Bigg Boss and keeps generating buzz about the same every season.

Pooja Misrra puts porn star Sunny Leone in place

A mini war seems to be brewing between ex-Bigg Boss Housemates firebrand Pooja Misrra and porn star Sunny Leone!

While Pooja was termed ‘the soul’ of Bigg Boss Season 5, Sunny, who entered the reality show as a Wild Card Entry, disappointed many, who were expecting scandals and controversies from her presence.

In an interview Leone said, “I think Pooja Misrra is highly opinionated and has an agenda. She seems to be the bitchiest.”

Pooja, who was called ‘The Man of the Series’ by co-host Sanjay Dutt, terms Sunny “a fake sati-savitri”  adding that her appearance on Bigg Boss was “dull, boring and without charisma.”

True, in spite of Sunny’s PR machinery working overtime to make her look larger-than-life during Bigg Boss, more or less, the gal came across as just another Katrina Kaif look-alike, trying to make hay while the sun shines!

Bigg Boss has taught me how to forgive, get over things and how to let go: JUHI PARMAR

When Juhi Parmar emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss 5 and stepped out of the controversial house, it was to be greeted by a crowd, and car horns but she sighed with relief. Post her victory, she has no immediate plans to start a family, but hopes to get good work in the TV industry

It was a fantastic experience! The first sight was of lots of human beings, and what a relief it was! I heard the horn of the car, and felt so nice for the first time, and more than the people who waved at me, I was waving at them,” said an excited Juhi.“My family was there, my husband (Sachin Shroff), my mother and my mother-in-law… I was quite numb, but they are all so proud of me. And I am proud of myself that I could win this show in a dignified way,” she added.

The 31-year-old, who became the second female to win Bigg Boss, after actress Shweta Tiwari emerged victorious in the last season, says she would love to add a member to her family. But not anytime soon. “I think I will start thinking about planning my family after sometime, not so quickly. One important reason for this is that I know for a fact that after Bigg Boss 5, I can look forward to some great work in the industry. I want to enjoy working to the fullest and concentrate on that before anything else, so that when the baby comes, I am able to give my full time to motherhood too,” she added.

Juhi, who became a popular name after Kumkum, and featured in reality shows like Nach Baliye 3, Saas Vs Bahu, Pati Patni Aur Woh and Maa Exchange, hopes to get a mixed bag of work. “I have always loved both – fiction as well as reality shows. Fiction has been my love forever, but I think reality shows keep the excitement ticking always… But yes, it’s been a long time since I have done a fiction show, so I am looking forward to one or two!” said the actress, who feels she has lost weight and is back into shape post Bigg Boss 5.

The show has caused other alterations in the actress too. “I can feel a lot of positive changes in myself thanks to the show. It has taught me how to forgive, get over things and how to let go. It has made me value a lot – my family, my work, my surroundings… all of that from which I was kept away in the show,” said Juhi, whose patient demeanour made her stand out among the contestants.

Bigg Boss 5 began with 13 contestants on October 5. As per the show’s format, the participants were made to stay in a secluded house, sans any communication with the outside world. People plot and plan to win the show, but Juhi suggests no strategy is the best strategy for a show like this. “If you think of a strategy and go for a show like this, you will end up being happy only for a few days. After that, all strategies will fizzle out. You have to be natural with your emotions, have your moments of anger, moments of love and moments of fights…and go with the flow. What’s important is to not keep grudges, not to keep anything in the heart. That will make you a winner in the hearts of people, even if not on the show,” she added.

Winners of past seasons of Bigg Boss were Rahul Roy, Ashutosh Kaushik, Vindu Dara Singh and Shweta Tiwari, respectively.

PS:  Scrutiny predicted that Juhi Parmar ‘destined’ to win Bigg Boss 5, last year also we predicted that Shweta can win the show.

Shakti Kapoor has not been invited for Bigg Boss finale?

Much awaited grand finale of controversial show Bigg Boss will be shot in Karjat studio. As reported earlier Pooja Bedi has been asked to refrain from attending the finale of Bigg Boss, because of her Ranjish with co-host Salman Khan.

Now the latest buzz is that Shakti Kapoor has also not been invited for finale. Sallu instructed production house and Colors’ that he does not want Shakti Kapoor apart from Pooja Bedi and Hrithik. Salman is cheesed off by Shakti’s intimidating remarks after latter’s eviction.

Salman said, “Bigg Boss ko maanna padega! Shakti Kapoor jaise logon ko apne ghar bulaya, hum toh kabhi na bulayen!” To which Shakti replied, “If Salman invites him to his house, he won’t be going there,” which added more fuel in the raging verbal fight.

I guess it’s now Shakti Kapoor’s turn to pay a heavy price for bad-mouthing host Salman Khan.

Pooja Bedi asked to stay away from 'Bigg Boss' finale

Actress Pooja Bedi says she has been asked to refrain from attending the grand finale of Colors' reality show "Bigg Boss 5", in which she was a participant.

"Have been informed by channel that I'm not to attend finale, despite it being mandatory in my contract! Wonder why! Any guesses?" Pooja posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.

"Have asked channel to state reason I cannot be there at finale to cheer my friends on! Also, till yesterday I was to do a medley! What changed?" she added.

The actress, daughter of veteran actor Kabir Bedi and Odissi exponent Protima Gauri Bedi, caught limelight for endorsing Kama Sutra in the 1990s, and she went on to be popular for her Marilyn Monroe skirt act in "Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander".

Pooja entered the "Bigg Boss 5" house Oct 2, 2011, and she was evicted towards the end of November.

Recently, the 41-year-old was in spotlight for her comments against "Bigg Boss 5" host Salman Khan, as she felt he hurt her fellow inmate and friend, Akashdeep Saigal aka Sky.

It is believed that perhaps her comments didn't go down too well with Salman.

However, in a host of replies to tweets from her fans, Pooja posted: "Never said anything derogatory about channel or production house! And its my perogative to react to contestants or host of my show. If anchors can be unfair or awful to contestants, contestants have a right to speak up in their or their friends defence!"

"I have requested an official explanation from channel, but they haven't given me one yet! Let them decide how to say it. Channel and production never had issues with any of statements I've made! If they had, they'd have intimated me immediately."

According to a tabloid, even Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan's plans of promoting Karan Johar's forthcoming film "Agneepath", on the show have been scrapped.

It is believed Hrithik and Salman share a cold war ever since the former reacted to Salman's comments against "Guzaarish" director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. So now, Imran Khan will perhaps attend the finale to promote "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu", also produced by Johar.

Post the news, Pooja wrote: "Mumbai Mirror article today! Hrithik not allowed in #BB5 finale! Guess I'm not the only victim! Wow!"

The finale of the reality show is to be held Saturday. Among the final contestants are Juhi Parmar, Amar Upadhyay, Mahek Chahal, Siddharth Bharadwaj and Sky.

Is Sunny Leone scaring off Bollywood actors and producers already?

After being evicted from Bigg Boss, pornstar Sunny Leone targeted contestant Amar Upadhyay, alleging that he kissed her hand and picked her up against her wishes, while carrying out fun tasks assigned to Housemates on the reality show.

In an interview to a prominent newspaper, the pornstar from Canada mounted a scathing attack on the Indian actor and claimed, “It's the first time in my entire career that I've had to tell a man (Amar) more than once not to be a certain way. That's why I didn't exactly know how to handle the situation as it was coming, other than talking to him as an adult. In my real life, no one comes near me or no one even tries to get fresh or do anything – it just doesn't happen.”

Amar Upadhyay’s publicist Dale Bhagwagar clarified that the actor’s ‘acts’ of kissing Leone on her hand or picking her up during a rain dance on the show, “were strictly part of the ‘entertainment tasks’ given to the Housemates on Bigg Boss.”

Replying to Sunny’s bizarre claims, he said, “Sunny Leone a respected pornstar! She should be careful before uttering such words against a family man and an actor who has been admired and adored on Indian television for his role of the righteous Mihir Virani in Kyonki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, which even propelled him as a superstar on television with a huge fan following.”

Sunny is planning to enter Bollywood. Showing such disrespect for a family man and massacring the reputation of an Indian actor even before she officially signs her first Bollywood movie, could reflect badly on her and scare off most reputed Indian actors and producers,” the publicist pointed out.

Indeed, Sunny seems to have committed professional hara-kiri. India is a country of great morality and culture and this frivolous accusation could make her career in Bollywood an uphill task now.

It can be noted here that Bigg Boss co-host Sanjay Dutt, who had rightfully come to Amar’s support during one of the elimination rounds earlier, was said to be planning to work with Sunny. But the rumours have been denied. Quoting a source, a prominent newspaper clarified, “Sanju wouldn’t be comfortable working with Leone and has no interest in signing her on whatsoever.”

The other Bigg Boss co-host Salman Khan, who was said to be considering Sunny for a film, hasn’t announced anything; while Mahesh Bhatt is yet to officially sign her for Jism 2, a movie he discussed with her on entering the Bigg Boss House as a guest last month.

601-pound Japanese Sumo to enter in Bigg Boss house

If Bigg Boss 5′s multiple entries have surprised you time and again, this time round you’re sure to be flabbergasted beyond words. Proving to the audiences that Bigg Boss 5 can never get predictable, the show will witness the grand entry of 601-pound Japanese Sumo Wrestling Champion Yamamotoyama aka Yama in the final week of the show. Given his weight and clocking in at a height of 6’4″, Yama is not only the largest Sumo wrestler ever, but he is actually the largest Japanese human ever as well.

After having been cooped up inside the house for weeks, the contestants will definitely breathe a sigh of relief upon seeing a new face. However, this relief will be shortlived, especially when they realize that the newest entrant has one major drawback – he doesn’t speak or understand English! The multiple-title winning sumo wrestler will spend a few days in the house and bring some much-needed comic relief to the currently temperamental housemates. To accommodate the needs of Yama during his stay in the Bigg Boss house, special arrangements have been made inside the house for him.

The dining area will be converted into a bedroom-cum-eating area for the sumo wrestler to give him the enough space for carrying out his day-to-day activities. Being of Japanese origin, Yama is used to eating while being seated on the floor, but it will be interesting to note if the housemates will be able to accompany him while he eats his fill. Also, because the sumo wrestler faces a language barrier, he will be given special placards with pictoral representations that will help him to communicate his needs to the housemates. And finally, to ensure that Yama remains entertained, special activities have been planned during his stay in the house that will help audiences to get some special insights into the life of a professional Japanese sumo wrestler.

Despite of the ensured fun element that Yama will bring to the Bigg Boss house, how the housemates will react to this interesting new addition so close to the end of their Bigg Boss journey remains to be seen. Will they be kind towards Yama or will they just piss him off with their constant bickering?

Porn star Sunny Leone's website 'Indianised' after stint on Bigg Boss

Currently lodged in Bigg Boss, international porn star Sunny Leone has a new trick up her sleeve for her official website. This week, the site saw a bit of a revamp and a ‘new look’ with a special banner having sentences added in Hindi on the home page.

Obviously, the porn sensation, who plans to make a big splash in the Indian market, is aiming to spruce up her brand and image and make it slightly India-compatible, while retaining its core porn-USPs, before she makes her Bollywood debut after Bigg Boss.

“Sunny Leone is in the business of exposure and awareness. Entertainment and hype are her tools and ammunition,” remarks celebrity publicist Dale Bhagwagar; a specialist with Bigg Boss, having handled the media for the maximum number of controversial celebrities on reality shows including Shilpa Shetty (during Big Brother), Rakhi Sawant, Kashmera Shah, Ashmit Patel, Sherlyn Chopra, Pooja Misrra and Amar Upadhyay (Bigg Boss).

Make no mistake! India is a huge and lucrative market for Brand Sunny Leone. Though Sunny is based out of Canada, we should not forget that she is born Karen Malhotra and has Indian origins. With her appearance and demure behaviour on India’s biggest reality show Bigg Boss, she is obviously trying to sanitize and Indianize her porn star brand and image,” the Bollywood PR expert points out.

The new Indianized look of her international website with Hindi lines added on the new improved homepage, is just a step further in that direction,” he adds.

Sunny has already expressed her intentions of entering Bollywood. Dale even asserts that his sources tell him that apart from Mahesh Bhatt, who discussed his forthcoming film Jism 2 with Sunny on Bigg Boss, even Salman Khan is planning a film with her.

So whether the conservatives like it our not, the time has come to accept Sunny Leone as part of our entertainment industry. In fact, from a PR point of view, further resistance from Indian audiences will only translate into more power to her existence in the Indian entertainment industry,” Dale analyses.

Pooja Misrra to get an image turnaround

After being unfairly targeted and evicted as a contestant from Bigg Boss 5 and going in for a short second entry as a guest on the show, Pooja Misrra is seeking to prop up her image and has hired Bollywood public relations expert Dale Bhagwagar this week, for a specific period of a month to do an image turnaround.

The publicist had refrained from taking on Pooja’s work earlier citing conflict of interest, as he also handles another contestant Amar Upadhyay during his stint in Bigg Boss 5. But now, since Pooja is no longer in the race for the finale, he agreed to handle her officially and help her with image and crisis management.

For the record, Pooja Misrra was ousted from the House for an alleged assault on co-contestant Siddharth Bhardwaj. She was apparently removed for physically pushing Siddharth on the show, after the latter blew a situation out of proportion and demanded her exit.

Initially targeted by Pooja Bedi, Misrra was made the butt of many jokes, after which she shot back and fought her way with each and every contestant of the show. Millions of viewers identified with her arguments, realizing her plight and urge for space, resulting in Pooja surviving the maximum number of evictions on the show with a mega margin of public votes. Her most famous comment on the show “Spare me” has now become popular lingo all over the country.

“Pooja Misrra was the biggest entertainer and the soul of the season when she first entered Bigg Boss. After her sudden eviction, the public wanted her back as a contestant, competing for the finals. But that couldn’t happen, and Pooja had to merely return as Andrew Symonds’s translator and make frantic attempts to rectify her spoilt reputation. Whereas if she was a contestant, she could have fought back tooth and nail to reach the finals,” said Dale, who was earlier labeled Pooja’s ‘guerrilla publicist’ by the media before she hired him this week.

A specialist with Bigg Boss, Dale has handled the media for the maximum number of celebrities on reality shows including Shilpa Shetty (during Big Brother), Vindu Dara Singh, Rakhi Sawant, Kashmera Shah, Sherlyn Chopra, Shamita Shetty, Zulfi Syed, Diana Hayden (Bigg Boss), IshQ Bector (Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachcho), Natasha Suri (Big Switch) and more. Another Bigg Boss winner Rahul Roy has been Dale’s close friend, while the controversial Ashmit Patel was his client during his stint in Bigg Boss last year.

Even Pakistani actress Veena Malik got invited on the show because of a controversy with Neetu Chandra, yet another of Dale’s clients. Earlier, the PR specialist is known to have discussed media strategies with Ali Merchant for both, him and Sara Khan, and to have received an offer to handle Rahul Bhatt.

Before Bigg Boss Season 5 rolled, Dale also spoke to contestants Shakti Kapoor, Mahek Chahal and Juhi Parmar and discussed the show with them.

Countdown for Bigg Boss 5 finale begins

With Bigg Boss Season 5 nearing its end, fans are at tenterhooks, wondering who will be the winner! As of now, Amar Upadhyay, Juhi Parmar, Akashdeep Sky Saigal, Siddharth Bhardwaj and Sunny Leone are hot in the race.

Amar Upadhyay has been the most dignified contestant of the show this year, having spent his time on Bigg Boss with a lot of integrity. The “Saas Bahu ka Badshah” as ex-Housemate Pooja Misrra tauntingly tagged him on the show, is a self-made man, whose boy-next-door image has been loved my many.

Amar, who started his television career with Jaya Bachchan’s hugely popular sitcom Dekh Bhai Dekh, carved a niche for himself along with veteran television actors like Farida Jalal, Shekhar Suman and Divya Seth.

From here, he never looked back and has done many television serials and soaps. Amar’s career witnessed a major upswing with Ekta Kapoor’s Kyonki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi; a women-oriented daily soap, which catapulted him to great heights. He left an indelible mark and created history on Indian television when, after his character of Mihir Virani was edged out of the soap, but had to be brought back to life by public demand.

Bigg Boss is Amar’s first attempt at a reality show and one wonders if he can win it. Giving him tough competition is Juhi Parmar, who shot to fame with the serial Kumkum. Plus, there is Akashdeep Sky Saigal, who played Mihir Virani’s son in Kyonki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and has been in the news for all the wrong reasons on Bigg Boss.

Another contestant Siddharth Bhardwaj, is a winner of MTV Splitsvilla and the youngest of the lot on the show. The 24-year-old actor-model-VJ is a pro at reality television, also having participated in shows like MTV Stripped, Gone in 60 Seconds and Roadies 8.0 too.

The last of the lot is Sunny Leone (born Karen Malhotra), an Indo-Canadian pornographic actress, businesswoman and model. She was named Penthouse Pet of the Year in 2003 and created a furore with Indian conservative audiences, when she entered the Bigg Boss House as a Wild Card Entry a few weeks ago.

As we wait with bated breath to see who the winner would be, families and friends of various contestants, as well as some evicted participants, have been reported to use various antics and tactics outside the House to promote their kin and friends.

While evicted Housemate Mahek Chahal, through her interviews and tweets, has constantly been asking her fans to vote for Siddharth as the winner, there have been media reports of Akashdeep’s sister having the right connections and pulling strings to see her brother as the winner. Meanwhile, another evicted contestant Pooja Bedi has been constantly tweeting in favour of Akashdeep and also predicting that Juhi Parmar would win this season of Bigg Boss.

Astro-numerologist Bhavikk Sangghvi, who had joined Pooja Bedi for a prediction on the show, when she hosted Season 2, and had correctly predicted Ashutosh Kaushik as the winner of that season, has now announced that according to numerology, Juhi Parmar will win Bigg Boss 5.

This leaves Amar Upadhyay and Sunny Leone as the only two contestants playing a clean and fair game, without manipulating public opinion outside the House of Scandal.

Pooja Misrra, Andrew Symonds leave Bigg Boss

According to latest reports, Bigg Boss guests Pooja Misrra and Australian cricketer Andrew Symonds have left the House of Scandal.

Confirming this, celebrity publicist and Bigg Boss specialist Dale Bhagwagar, who Pooja Misrra has extensively consulted before entering Bigg Boss as well as before her second coming on the show, says, “I am aware that their term on the show has come to an end. It is sad that Pooja could not be a contestant on the show in her second coming and had to concede being a guest.

While Pooja will reach home by evening, Andrew is said to beat an undisclosed location in South Mumbai, from where he is expected to catch a flight back home.

Pooja Misrra was the biggest entertainer and the soul of the season when she first entered Bigg Boss. After her sudden eviction, the public wanted her back as a contestant, competing for the finals. But that couldn’t happen, and Pooja had to merely return as Andrew’s translator and make frantic attempts to rectify her spoilt reputation. Whereas if she was a contestant, she could have fought back tooth and nail to reach the finals,” lamented Dale, who has also been labeled Pooja Misrra’s ‘guerrilla publicist’ by the media.

Earlier, Bhagwagar has handled the media for maximum numberof controversial celebrities on reality shows including Shilpa Shetty (Big Brother), Ashmit Patel, Rakhi Sawant, Kashmera Shah, Sherlyn Chopra, Diana Hayden (Bigg Boss) and is officially handling Amar Upadhyay during Season 5.

So huge was her popularity that most Housemates found her unstoppable and indomitable. About the evictions, they often said, “Joh bhiusske saamne aata hai, udd jaata hai!” (“Whoever gets nominated opposite Pooja, gets evicted!”).

With her exciting moves and antics for the audiences, Brand Pooja Misrra fast emerged the biggest puller of eyeballs this season, attracting huge TRPs for the show. Pooja’s most famous comment on the show “Spareme” has now become popular lingo all over the country," states Dale Bhagwagar.

Juhi Parmar ‘destined’ to win Bigg Boss 5!

Juhi Parmar will win the current season of Bigg Boss, predicts well known astro-numerologist Bhavikk Sangghvi. The young astrologer made this prediction on Juhi’s 31st birthday on December 14.

Here’s how he explains his theory: “Juhi was born on December 14, 1980, which makes her a Number 5 (Mercury) in numerology. Like all Sagittarians, she is ruled by Number 3 (Jupiter) while her ‘destiny’ number adds up to Number 8 (Saturn),” explains Bhavikk.

“Juhi completes 31 years and has now entered the 32nd year of her life which indicates that her best phase is about to begin,” predicts Bhavikk, sounding optimistic about the television star’s future.

He continues, “The grand finale episode of the show will be aired on January 7, 2012 which falls on a Saturday which is a day ruled primarily by Number 8 (Saturn). During this phase, the Sun will be in the zodiac sign of Capricorn (which is also ruled by Saturn – Number 8) and the compound number (sum total) arrived from this date is Number 4 (Rahu). The name ‘Juhi Parmar’ vibrates on Number 31 (3+1=4)”.

The upcoming year 2012 which adds up to Number 5 (Mercury) is likely to prove lucky for most Number 5 and Number 8 people and in that case, once again simply by analyzing her numbers, all I can say is – Juhi is ‘destined’ to win the reality show,” signs off Bhavikk keeping his fingers crossed.

Siddharth Bhardwaj’s ‘maa’on Bigg Boss?

It is learnt that Bigg Boss will allow one family member of most of the current contestants on the show to visit their kin inside the House of Scandal this weekend.

Juhi Parmar’s husband Sachin Shroff, Amar Upadhyay’s wife Hetal and Akashdeep Saigal’s sister Madhu Bhatia are rumoured to be on the reality show, beginning of next week.

But the grapevine suggests that contestant Siddharth ‘Sid’ Bhardwaj’s mother has flown in from her residence in Delhi and ALREADY entered the Karjat-based Bigg Boss House before all the other family members can.

“Siddharth has constantly spoken about his mother on the show, in good times and bad. He has fondly brought up talks about her so many times that it is obvious how much he loves and adores his mom. It will be such a touching moment for him when he sees his ‘maa’ inside the House,” reacts celebrity publicist Dale Bhagwagar, a specialist with Bigg Boss.

Siddharth is a 24-year-old actor-model-VJ, who won the reality show MTV Splitsvilla, and has participated in shows like MTV Stripped, Gone In60 Seconds and Roadies 8.0 too.

Entering the Bigg Boss House as a Wild Card Entry on Day 15,Siddharth has gone through many upheavals. But he received the maximum spotlight when, after a heated argument with Housemate Pooja Misrra, he threatened to jump out of the House if Bigg Boss didn’t take any action on her for pushing him; insisting that the push was an “act of violence”.

Following this, Pooja, who had emerged the biggest entertainer of the Season, was dramatically shown the door at 2am, with her actions branded as acts of assault and violence. She is now back as a special guest on the show and has been constantly justifying her acts and pulling Siddharth up forgetting her evicted.

Since Bigg Boss Season 5 began, the show anchored by SanjayDutt and Salman Khan has proceeded with names like Shakti Kapoor, Pooja Bedi, Nihita Biswas, Shradha Sharma, Mandeep Bevli, Raageshwari, Vida Samadzai, Sonika Kaliraman Malik, Gulabo Sapera, Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, Mahek Chahal and guest Swami Agnivesh, while Shonali Nagrani, Juhi Parmar, Amar Upadhyay, Siddharth Bhardwaj, Aksahdeep Saigal, along with latest entrants Sunny Leone and guests Andrew Symonds and Pooja Misrra are still in the House.

The real story behind Pooja Misrra’s “women morchas”!

When Pooja Misrra intimidated Siddharth Bhardwaj in the BiggBoss House, claiming that “women’s organizations are taking out morchas” (public demonstrations) against him in the outside world, the subject raised quite a lot of eyebrows.

So when a Vodafone Caller of the Week asked Sanjay Dutt to take up the matter with her, Sanju Baba was more than glad to oblige. In her reply on the show, Pooja told Sanjay that women’s organizations had approached her to fight against her “unfair expulsion” from the show, and she guessed “they would have also carried out the ‘morchas’ they wanted to bring out.”

But many missed out the full version of the story, which celebrity publicist and Bigg Boss specialist Dale Bhagwagar had already put upon the social media circuit a few hours before Pooja’s explanation on the show.

On his social media accounts, Dale posted: “There were these women groups who wanted to demonstrate outside Colors office and they had gotin touch with Pooja Misrra for the same. But I advised her to focus on getting back on the show, rather than things like morchas. They (the women groups) wantedher to take part in the morchas, but I was completely against her participation. Pooja is a sensible and intelligent girl. Am glad she understood my point and heeded the advice. I don't know if the groups finally organized the morchas or not”.

It can be noted here that, Pooja had consulted Dale for tips and tricks of survival on Bigg Boss before she entered the reality show. Dale was also labeled her ‘guerrilla publicist’ when he began defending her actions in the media, while Pooja was in the House, and targeted by almost all the Housemates.

This is also a reason why Pooja was constantly in touch with the PR expert even after returning from the House and even asked him to negotiate her deal, when she was approached for a re-entry as a special guest on Bigg Boss.

Family members of contestants to visit Bigg Boss..Shonali or Mahek Eliminated?

According to the grapevine, Bigg Boss will allow one family member of most of the current contestants on show, to visit their kin inside the House of Scandal this week.

A birdie tells us that one can expect Juhi Parmar’s husband Sachin Shroff, Amar Upadhyay’s wife Hetal and Akashdeep Saigal’s sister Madhu Bhatia on the show this Sunday, for the episode airing beginning next week.

In fact, Akashdeep’s sister, who stays in Dubai, is learnt to be specially flying down forthis chance to meet her brother while he is in the Bigg Boss House.

When we quizzed celebrity publicist and Bigg Boss specialist Dale Bhagwagar about this, he admitted that he had heard about this concept.“If it materializes, it will be a lot of fun. It will not only put some of the tensed contestants at ease but also escalate the drama for others,” he said.

“Imagine the surprise and happiness the Housemates will get, when they see their loved ones with them after more than two months,” added the PR expert. “This is the first time we might get to witness an exception likethis being made on the show. What remains to be seen, is whether the family members would be allowed to meet all the contestants or only their kin,” he added, mischievously suggesting that the new members could be let in only for an hour,“so that the contestants begin missing them soon after.

Since Bigg Boss Season 5 began, the show anchored by SanjayDutt and Salman Khan has proceeded with names like Shakti Kapoor, Pooja Bedi, Nihita Biswas, Shradha Sharma, Mandeep Bevli, Raageshwari, Vida Samadzai, SonikaKaliraman Malik, Gulabo Sapera, Laxmi Narayan Tripathi and guest Swami Agnivesh, while Shonali Nagrani, Mahek Chahal, Juhi Parmar, Amar Upadhyay, Siddharth Bhardwaj, Aksahdeep Saigal, along with latest entrants Sunny Leone, Andrew Symonds and Wild Card Entry Pooja Misrra are still in the House.

Siddharth Bhardwaj apologises to Pooja Misrra

The day starts with yet another apt wake up song, Kehta hai joker sara zamana. All the housemates are seen in the swimming pool doing water aerobics. All were having a hearty laugh and Andrew Symonds too had a ball with his new made friends. Post the swimming session, Sky and Shonali are seen in the bathroom area. Sky reaches out to Shonali, hugs her and apologises for his rude behavior during the jail task. The two sort out their differences like mature adults. After that Sky and Juhi sit in the captain’s room and chat. Sky convinces Juhi that he did not mean to lie or cheat her at any time. He explains to her that it was all for the sake of winning the task. Juhi gets emotional and comments about how she gets affected only when Sky is in the picture, hearing which Sky apologises and gives her a tight hug. The duo makes up and things are cool with them again.

Later, Pooja Misrra, Sky, Amar and Juhi are hanging out in the captain’s room. Here the housemates are all discussing Pooja Misrra’s image created in the outside world. Pooja tells about the harsh reality that she faced after leaving the Bigg Boss 5 house. She adds that since she is an unmarried girl it is just too much to handle in a society like ours. She talks about how people were comparing her knack of violence with the likes of KRK. She also adds her bit on the embarrassment faced by her family and friends. All the housemates sympathise with her and assure her that they would do all in their power to help her get out of this mess. The housemates then console Pooja and tell her not to worry about anything.

In a while, the house phone rings and Siddharth is the first one to pick it up so Bigg Boss gives him a special task. After this the captain’s nominatiosn takes place. A new captain is declared by an election. Sky is then seen in the green room with Siddharth, where he explains to Siddharth about how deeply hurt Pooja is and that he needs to be have bigger heart and apologise to her. The very same minute, Pooja walks int. Siddharth takes this opportunity and tells Pooja that he is very regretful of their past incident and tells her that she is not such a violent person by nature. He also says that her behaviour changed only due to the heat of the situation. Pooja says her side of the story and the duo hugs and compromises.

The daily task was introduced in the form of a small barbrque party organised by Bigg Boss in order to welcome Andrew Symonds and appreciate the completion of the Jail task successfully. Post the party, Mahek bitches about Juhi’s self obsessed nature and how she can stoop to any level in order to demean or degrade anyone. Meanwhile Siddharth is seen defending his stand on the whole issue and tries to prove his innocence. In the end Siddharth is extremely nervous and goes to Pooja Misrra and apologises over and over again.

Why censor Facebook when you don't censor Sunny Leone?

Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) young leader Anurag Singh Thakur wonders why the government wants to censor social media like Facebook when it is not "censoring Sunny Leone", an Indo-Canadian porn star who is a rage on the popular television show "Bigg Boss".

"Why do they want to censor Facebook, when they don't censor Sunny Leone," Thakur asked a day after Communications Minister Kapil Sibal advocated screening of inflammatory or offensive content on social networking sites.

"Thousands of children are searching for her on internet and getting connected to porn sites," Thakur told on the sidelines of a conference on effective legislatures organised by PRS Legislative Research.

Congress leader and Lok Sabha MP Shashi Tharoor, who had Tuesday "rejected" censorship for socal media, however, said that after an expostulation from his colleague Kapil Sibal he felt some restriction was needed as Indian politics and society was not as mature as in the West.

"I talked to Kapil Sibal, he told me that there were inflammatory images of gods, goddesses, prophets. When I saw those, I felt there is a problem. Free speech in India is not the same as in the West," he said at the conference.

"If certain people see these images, it can cause violence, we don't have a democracy so mature that we can ignore such things. So certain amount of restraint is necessary," he said.

"Inflammatory communal incitement is like a match at a petrol pump, why should we do that?" Tharoor argued, adding in good measure, however, that he was against censorship.

Contradicting him, Thakur said social media was a platform for common expression and should be allowed to grow and become mature.

"Social media should be given time to get mature," said Thakur, adding that it should be left to the social media to create ways of removing objectionable content.

"There are options like watermarking," he said.

Sibal had Tuesday said the government will not allow social networking sites to host "objectionable" content and will take steps to screen and remove these.

Pooja Misrra to re-enter in Bigg Boss with Andrew as his translator

Spare me babe Pooja Misrra is re-entering the house with the Australian Cricketer Andrew. She was shown the exit door by Bigg Boss for her offensive behavior and assaulting fellow contestant Siddharth Bhardwaj.

Pooja will not be a participant of the show and re enter as Symonds translator as she has a strong hold over the language and the accent(ooh really..). They will stay in the house for 11 days.

Excited pooja said, " I am glad Bigg Boss has given me the opportunity to enter the house again - this time as the voice of Andrew Symonds. I am really excited at being given this opportunity to interact with not only the housemates but also the country at large. I will take this as an opportunity to give him an insight into the Indian culture and will surely teach him as much Hindi as possible."

I hope her entry will put TRP’s on fire..
