Ankita Bhargava, who is currently seen in 'Ekk Nayi Pehchaan' considers herself lucky. The pretty lady was planning to go to Lonavala but that idea did not materialize. Luckily, she got short-listed for an ad shoot for a leading telecom provider, along with actor Shishir Sharma, which was to be shot at a hill station.

A happy Ankita said, “I was planning to visit Lonavala, but due to some or the other reasons it never worked out. ,I got opportunity to shoot a telly commercial here.”

Actor Namish Taneja shares his birthday plans!!...

Actor Namish Taneja, who is currently seen as Chiraag in Sony Entertainment's Ekk Nayi Pehchaan turned a year older today (11 September, 2014).

We got in touch with Namish to know about his birthday plans. An elated actor told us, "A few of my friends came at my place last night, I cut my birthday cake with them."

Namish is planning to throw a house party in the night, his close buddies from industry and his Ekk Nayi Pehchaan co-stars are expected to join the party. When asked about him one wish to be fulfilled on this special day, the birthday boy states, "My mom and dad are in Delhi. I am missing them on my birthday and I wish they could have been here with me."

We wish Namish a very happy birthday and a great year ahead!

Karan Sharma & Sameer Soni judged a college festival..

Karan Sharma, who is currently seen in Sony Entertainment's Ek Nayi Pehchan recently went to St. Xavier's College(Mumbai) to judge the street plays at Malhar festival.

Talking about his experience as a judge, Karan said, "I had a fabulous time judging the Street Play at Malhar along with Sameer Soni and Love Sex Aur Dhokha actor Anshuman Jha. It was a great learning experience as I got an opportunity to know about NREGA (National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) and Army Act, 1950. The participants also showcashed the advantages of RTI (Right to Information) and RTE(Right to Education)."

Karan & Sameer were shocked when they saw the act performed by Darsheel Safary's team. "I was surprised to know how beggars made to disappear from Delhi streets during Commonwealth Games in 2010. Also, I was not aware about 'The Bombay Prevention of Begging Act, 1959', which criminalizes begging and has aimed to remove beggars from their current illegal profession," affirmed Karan.

Ankita Bhargava, who is currently seen as Latika in Sony TV's Ek Nayi Pehchaan, celebrated her birthday yesterday. While the pretty actress was busy shooting for her talk show on her birthday, her best friend from the industry Roopal Tyagi made her day special.

Roopal is not keeping well from few days, she still managed to take time out to make Ankita feel special. "While I was shooting, Roopal reached my house and decorated it with lots of flowers," said elated Ankita.

Ankita went ahead and said, "I would marry her, if she was a guy and 1 foot taller."

Actress Ankita Bhargava, who is currently seen in Ekk Nayi Pehchaan turned a year older today(17 August, 2014).

Talking about the Birthday plans, the pretty actress said, "My friend Roopal Tyagi is not keeping well, so yesterday night I went to meet her. There I cut my first cake. After that I came back home, where my parents organized a small family get together. Now I am on my way to shoot for a chat show for an international channel. In the evening I will go out for dinner with my family."

What is the one thing she religiously do on her birthday? She said, "Girls don't touch feet in our family, but I make it a point to take blessings from my parents as soon as the clock strikes 12. This is a ritual I perform every year."

Every year on her birthday, she make sure to visit Ahimsa, which is an NGO for stray dogs. "I always go there to donate Pedigree. This year as I am shooting for chat show, so probably I will visit the NGO tomorrow," Ankita shared.

Krystle D'Souza, who is best known for playing the role of Jeevika in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, has been approached for the upcoming season of the popular reality show Bigg Boss.

The curtain is set to come down on Sony Entertainment’s Ek Nayi Pehchaan, starring Poonam Dhillon, Krystle D'Souza and Karan Sharma.

The show was under the scanner for quite sometime, now we heard it is likely to go off air in September, 2014.
