Seasoned reality television shows hotshot Siddharth Bhardwaj was the second contestant to be eliminated from Khatron Ke Khiladi: Darr Ka Blockbuster Returns after merely 3 weeks on the show. After facing a grueling stunt and stiff competition from Sana Khan, Sagarika Ghatge, Rakesh Kumar and Hussain Kuwajerwala, Siddharth could not better the record set by the rest and was shown the door.

The new season of the stunt reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi - Darr Ka Blockbuster Returns saw its first elimination as Harshad Arora bid adieu in just the second week. The chocolate boy of television took up the dangerous challenge and was the last Khiladi to join the fearless gang in Cape Town. But his adventurous journey was short-lived as Sagarika, Nathalia, Rakesh and Chang out matched him in his last stunt.

Iqbal Khan, who was last seen in Life Ok's Tumhaari Pakhi will be soon seen doing stunts in Colors' reality show. We caught up with this talented actor before he was leaving for Capetown to shoot for Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi. Excerpts of his interview:

Is it a long due for Iqbal Khan to do a reality show?
I was little reluctant to do a reality show because of politics and extra drama that happens in most of the reality show. The first time they called me for Fear Factor, I said no. Then they called me again and tried to convince me by telling that this show is performance based and it has got nothing to do with how much natak you do. After that I gave green signal for Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Since you said it's completely based on performance, so there is absolutely no scripting happening in Khatron Ke Khiladi?
Little bit of scripting is there like last year they did a scene from Deewar. But that's just for the entertainment purpose otherwise the show will become monotonous.

Do you follow Khatron Ke Khiladi?
No I don't. I have not even seen an episode completely. And I don't want to watch it as I don't want to go with any perception.

Is there anything that freaks you about KKK?
As of now I cannot think of anything. I am not scared of creepy, crawlies or heights. If there is a rope and you have to walk in it. For me, to go on the rope is not a problem; I can go without any fear. But what matters is whether I can sustain over there or not?

How adventurous are you in real life?
I love sky diving and bungee jumping, but I am sure we are going to do much more than that.

Do you know other contestants?
I don't know much about them, I only know Aashish(Chaudhary), Hussain(Kuwajerwala) and Asha(Negi).

Do you think if a reality show has a Bollywood film-maker like Rohit Shetty featuring in it, then probably the contestants could have upper hand in bagging himself or herself a project in Bollywood?
If a filmmaker maker is featured in a reality show and then he decides to make a film with one of the contestants then he might get say 10 crores for the film, but that will be based on that filmmaker’s recognition not because of contestant. On the other hand, if that filmmakers makes the same film with a star then he might get 50 crores. Which is much more a lavish budget, so why wouldn't a filmmaker do a film with stars then to do it with a contestant like me? I don't see any of these reality shows helping me in that case.

Any kind of preparations you are doing right now for KKK?
I think it's more of a mental game than physical one. I am doing little bit of gymming and exercises.

The sixth season of Colors' reality show 'Fear Factor — Khatron Ke Khiladi' is all set to launch. The channel has roped Rashami Desai, Ridhi Dogra, Asha Negi, VJ Archana Vijaya, Chak De actress Sagarika Ghatge, Sana Khan, Ashish Chowdhry, Muzammil Ibrahim, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Iqbal Khan and Meiyang Chang.

We came to know that, Uttaran fame Nandish Sandhu, who was last seen in Beintehaa will soon be seen doing stunts in Fear Factor along with his wife Rashami Desai.

When contacted Nandish said, "Nothing is finalized as of now."

The stunt based dance reality show will be shot in South Africa. Kunwar Amarjeet Singh, Rithvik Dhanjani and Sanam Johar etc will be seen participating in the show.

This year we witnessed the most thrilling season of action reality show – Khatron Ke Khiladi hosted by the ace director Rohit Shetty in the scenic beauty of South Africa. We saw all the 17 contestants battling against each other week on week surviving breath taking stunts.

This season has surprised everyone the toughtest ones like Dayanad Shetty, Pooja Gor, stunt woman Geeta Tandon who was the strongest got eliminated. The season has taken some unexpected twists and turns and shocked everyone.

Ajaz Khan or Gauhar Khan, who wore the controversial crown in this season on Khatron Ke Khiladi? 

We saw three ladies fighting through the battle the strongest with the boys. Teejay Sidhu, Debina Bonnerjee and Gauahar Khan have been in the semi finale. All the three ladies have brilliantly fought the battle.

Tejay Siddhu who entered the show as the wild card contestant with her beau does not hold any fear and be it riding the ostrich or dealing with the creepy crawlies or being hung upside down in midair the delicate did it all.

Debina Bonnerjee faced multiple challenges during tasks one of them was breaking the glass while riding the bicycle, unfortunately she did not know how to ride but she practiced for an hour and took up the challenge but Debina has been noticed as one of the contestants whose graph has been high week on week.

Gauhar Khan who is full of fears we saw her trying her best be it dealing with roaches, hydrophobia, getting cold in the ice. She fought through multiple injuries on the show also got eliminated but was back with a bang.

This season khiladi’s are not just pretty but totally tod phod!

Jo season mein drama nah ho toh maza kya? This season of action reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi – Darr ka blockbuster hosted by ace maestro Rohit Shetty shot in the scenic beauty of Cape Town.

We witnessed seventeen celebrity contestants who took up the most exciting challenge to fight their inner fears. But we had two old friends who were seen in constant lime light. No goodies for guessing: The old fame – Talkative Gauhar Khan and the wild card entrant Ajaz Khan.

Gauhar Khan was the only contestant who had the most fears in this season of Khatron Ke Khiladi. She was seen sobbing, yelling, fainting using either of the emotions before every stunt be it during the ice- box stunt where she was eliminated, fighting with creepy crawlies or diving in the tanks with cayman and baby crocs.

On the other hand as soon as Ajaz Khan entered we saw him getting into a tiff with Karanvir Bohra over a task. It was believed that it was the first fight of the season after the wild card entry. Ajaz Khan also self-claimed to be approached by the host Rohit Shetty for the movie.  However he was eliminated by the bold and beautiful UK beauty Deana Uppal in the elimination round.

So who wore the crown better this season?

Ranvir Shorey to host Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 7

Talented actor Ranvir Shorey, who is currently seen in Colors' Fear Factor-Khatron Ke Khiladi has been roped to host the upcoming season of celebrity dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

According to our sources, "His comic timing and antics on Khatron ke Khiladi prompted the makers of Jhalak to approach him. Ranvir's female co-host is not yet shortlisted."

The 13 contestants, who have been finalised on the show, are Cricketer Sreesanth, Karan Tacker, Pooja Bose, Shakti Mohan, Kritika Kamra, Ashish Sharma, VJ Andy, Singer Sukhwinder Singh, Purab Kohli, Kiku 'Palak' Sharda, Akshat Singh (India's Got Talent kid), Mouni Roy and Sophie Choudry.

As Colors' Fear Factor-Khatron ke Khiladi reaches its 8th week, the stunts become tougher and tougher. This time Gauahar Khan, Teejay Sidhu and Nikitin Dheer will perform 'Buried Alive' stunt, in which the contestant is put inside an underground loft where a form of gas called bitterex is poured in. They have to survive the gas and find the keys to open the loft.

Contestants Ranvir Shorey-Nikitin Dheer, Gauahar Khan- Gurmeet Choudhary, Deana Uppal-Rajnish Duggal will perform 'Save Your Spouse' stunt, in which one partner is locked in a big box with grogs inside and the other partner has to transfer some crabs from one tank to the other and eventually get the key to open the box and get the partner out.
