The ratings seem to be manipulated, THE 8000 meters cannot justify the ratings out of 121 crore homes watching the show.. TAM should be sued. Your information is misleading and the TRP meters have been false since the meters installed in only 8000 homes do not give accuracy

The only shows that are high on TRPs are the ones with a domineering saas & an obedient bahu or ones with convoluted relationships like bade achhe. Says a lot for the 8000 TRP contributors.

Well that cookery show track was definitely "mature". And the way they show the lead female who is educated & supposedly brilliant , putting all her dreams & education on the back burner to pander to her domineering saas's outdated principles & to keep her wimp of a husband happy is definitely "progressive". What are they trying to convey ? That the education of a female & her legitimate wishes are not more important than an illiterate saas's wishes, however outdated they might be.

It's primarily a love story my dear!! Dabh is a story about female literacy aspirations...but trust me, the indian audiences are not going to accept a wife who is superior to her husband...the show has a 6 trp coz the wife is pandering to the in-laws...

Yes, it was promoted as a story about female literacy aspirations but then they forgot to mention that the aspirations would be at the mercy of the saas & a wimp of a hubby with the "brilliant" protaganist not having the courage/back-bone to follow her dreams alone even when her brother is ready to support her. (this & the cookery show is what made me give up on this serial)
Delete@anonymous .. ipkknd never claimed to be a story with a social message or leads having "mature" dreams. It was promoted as a love-story & is a love-story. A lot of the viewers (other than the trp audience) would rather watch ipkknd, than stories that claim to be progressive but infact are encouranging 100 year old social norms & morals. The popularity of ipkknd outside the TRP chart does indicate this.

Teri Meri love stories was not aired on Sunday so how come the chart is showing a 0.6 rating for it on Sunday. There is certainly something wrong with this whole TRP stuff.
