Harsh Rajput, who is playing the role of Rehan in Ekta Kapoor's 'Kuch Toh Hai: Naagin Ek Naye Rang Mein' has shot a bare body sequence.
The hazed-eyed actor is playing the character of 'Adishat', who is considered to be one of the most powerful living creatures, has long teeth and possesses some super powers. In the upcoming episode, Rehan will turn into Adishat in front of Priya (Krishna Mukherjee), which will bring a new twist in the tale.
Talking about the first bare-body sequence, Harsh said, "This is the first time I shot a full bare-body scene. To be very honest I was not really nervous, maybe because I have worked for this body. I was in fact quite confident that I would be able to completely justify the character of Adishat."
Isn't it challenging to shoot such scenes, because you are shooting round the clock and might not get time to hit the gym regularly? "Yes, it is actually difficult to maintain the physique when you shoot for long hours. You have to be very controlled in your diet, and make sure to hit the gym even when you can, which is a bit challenging," Harsh said.
"I love challenges because I don't consider them as hurdles, for me these challenges are like new opportunities," Harsh affirmed.
Six packs are in trend, for an actor is it important to have a toned body? Harsh said, "Six-pack abs are tempting, but I feel you cannot measure somebody's fitness by looking at his six-packs. I have seen people, who have a lot of fat percentage but they are still fitter than me. For an actor it's good to have a fit body, six pack might or might not add the cherry on the cake, but at the end it is only acting that matters. Dilip Kumar, Amol Palekar, Amitabh Bachchan, Irrfan Khan or Anupam Kher, they never had six-pack abs but are fantabulous actors."
