Not many people know Harsh Rajput is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and represented his college at zonal level. The actor had won accolades for his performance in 'Nazar', is now winning hearts as 'Aadi Shaat Vampire' in Ekta Kapoor's recently launched show 'Kuch Toh Hai: Naagin Ek Naye Rang Mein'.
Talking about his love for dancing Harsh said, "I am a passionate dancer and learned Bharatanatyam for 3 years. I was part of Mithibai College's dance team for folk dancing and represented Mumbai university for zonal's."
In the show, Rehan (Harsh Rajput) and Priya (Krishna Mukherjee) are getting attracted to each other. There is something that is pulling them together, at the same time they can't touch each other. Recently, Priya's dupatta got stuck in Rehan's jeep. Rehan tries to take it out but the moment he touches it, her dupatta is set ablaze. In the upcoming episode, they will be seen dancing romantically with a 'twist'.
Finally, he is getting a chance to show his dancing skills, talking about the upcoming dance sequence Harsh said, "It's an interesting sequence. When a couple dances, they usually hold hands or there is physical proximity. However, in this sequence, we danced together without touching each other. Honestly, it was quite challenging, but I thoroughly enjoyed it."
Since the dance flows through his veins, if given an opportunity would he like to do a dance reality show? "As I mentioned, I am passionate about dancing, I would love to do the dance reality show."
For the uninitiated, Harsh made his television debut with Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan, and later did shows like Dharm Veer, Hitler Didi, Janbaaz Sindbad and Saath Nibhaana Saathiya.
