The 'Good' in Good Friday signifies the goodness of Jesus.
In the Gospel of Luke, it is mentioned that Jesus asked for forgiveness for those who were responsible for his crucifixion.
The 'Good' in Good Friday teaches us to forgive and have mercy, even towards those who wronged us.
The 'Good' in Good Friday teaches us that if you are experiencing sadness or sorrow today, you will find joy and happiness tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Because in order to have Sunday (Easter), we have to have a Friday.
