#BiggBoss8 Day 68 Synopsis: Gautam’s Birthday celebrated in style

After a chaotic or rather dramatic outcome of the previous day, Bigg Boss 8 housemates wake up to Day 68. A new energy is flaring around the realms of the house as it is Gautam Gulati’s 27th birthday. All the housemates who were at one point resisting Gautam’s presence are now happy for him and are looking forward for his birthday celebration.

Puneet who is the most excited of all is seen making kheer for all the housemates on the occasion. While Diandra and Gautam carry on their flirting, others gear up for their household course for the day. Ali enters in the house after a day off in a separate room and none of the housemates talk to him or show any kind of concern for his health.

As the day progresses, Bigg Boss announces that breaking of rules will not be accepted in the house and hence nominate Sonali for the whole season week on week as a punishment for slapping Ali. Sonali, who is not happy with the decision, thinks it is unfair but accepts it. Ali keeps mum but looks satisfied.

In the evening, Bigg Boss launches the Captaincy task where former captains Gautam, Diandra, Upen, Ali and Puneet will select one contestant among all the other housemates to become the next captain. Dimpy, Sonali, Karishma, Praneet, Pritam and Renee are the contenders for the captaincy race. The task set up in the garden area consists of a board with the photos of all the contenders. In front of every photo is kept a bottle of colored water. As per the rule one former captain at a time will go and empty the bottle of a particular contestant whom they don't want to make the captain. On the sound of the buzzer one after the other all the former captains will come forward and do the task.

As the day comes to an end, Gautam settles down feeling a little disappointed that there is no celebration on his birthday. However, Bigg Boss surprises him by sending a cake for him. Diandra brings in the cake as all others jump up with excitement. Gautam’s happiness knows no bound as he cuts the cake while everyone sings happy birthday for him. The celebrations get even more interesting as Gautam’s signature track “Urvashi’ is played in the background. All the housemates are in a cheerful mood. On Gautam’s demand, all the girls put on their dancing shoes and show off their glamorous moves while all the boys go shirtless ending the day by celebrating the blue eyed boy’ s birthday in style.

The two were seen hitting on each other in the bedroom when Diandra tells Gautam that she wants to give him a  birthday gift! A startled Gautam is seen nervous as well as excited at the same on the prospect of receiving a gift from Diandra! Things start heating up between the two like never before and Diandra asks Gautam if he is scared? Gautam who is visibly confused about what Diandra’s intentions are, asks her as to what can she possibly have in mind, hinting at the cameras. Diandra then takes Gautam’s hand and drags him out of the bedroom through the house into one of the bathrooms and bolting the door!

After the two are out of the bathroom, an intrigued and baffled Karishma asks Diandra as to what was happening inside? A flushed Diandra tries to dodge the question but then admits that at last she gave Gautam his birthday gift! Later on when the housemates are celebrating his birthday Diandra once again whispers something in Gautam’s ears, to which Gautam keeps mum but is seen hinting to bring it on! However the two end up dancing on the movie HumTum’s romantic title track.

Well, we wonder what was Diandra’s birthday Gift to Gautam? How far this Gautam and Diandra’s romance saga will go only time will tell.

#BiggBoss8 Day 58 Synopsis: Welcome To Gautam City

Day 58 in the Bigg Boss House will welcome a new era, as a King will rise to his throne. The Bigg Boss house will no more be the same old home of the notorious housemates. Instead, the contestants will find themselves being ruled over by a Dictator!

As the contestants finish breakfast, the luxury budget task for the week, ‘Gautam City’ is introduced by Bigg Boss. As the name suggests, captain Gautam is assigned as the strict Dictator of the Bigg Boss house which is now converted into Gautam’s kingdom. As his privilege, Gautam is provided access to a specially designed luxurious fully-equipped room through which he will rule the house. He is also given the special privilege of choosing two royal guards by his side. As per the rules, Gautam is given the authority to handcuff the housemates if he wants to punish them and can also take away their food. The unpopular dictator is also allowed to do whatever he wants in the house and it is a strict rule that no one in the house can address him by name but only as ‘Your Highness’ or ‘Your Majesty’.

To cement Gautam’s stand as the Dictator of the house, Bigg Boss has covered the house with multiple posters of Gautam all over the house along with a special status of Gautam in his famous shirtless avatar. When the contestants notice the posters and the statue, they are horrorstruck because the posters depict words such as ‘My City My Rule’, ‘Karo Ya Maro’, ‘Mera Sheher Mera Kahar’ written on them. But accepting them as a by-product of the task, the contestants become wary about Gautam’s moves. A delighted Gautam is over the top and jumps into action as he chooses various tasks to raise the entertainment levels within the house. And that is how Gautam City is formed in all its glory.

Diandra, Upen, Karishma and Nigaar among others, who are obviously disinterested to be the miserable praja of Gautam City, find it difficult to take in the rules being created by Gautam for the task. However, be it punishing the praja by making them stand in the sun for hours or asking them to give up their belongings, Gautam does it all. Gautam is in full swing to take his praja by storm and is determined to let them have a taste of the ‘Misunderstood Gautam’ to the fullest and change their perception of him. Well, now that Gautam is out to rule over his subjects. However, how will the contestants react to this change in management? Will they support Gautam and become his friends or will the peace of the house come tumbling down?

Your favourite TV actors talks about their idea of perfect romantic date..

Romantic dates are mostly planned when you are hoping to win over a new love or just feel like treating your present squeeze. Everyone has his/her own idea of perfect date. We asked your favourite TV actors, what's their idea of perfect romantic date?

Petite Karishma Kotak, who is currently hosting IPL said, “Dinner, nice wine and a sunset is a perfect date according to me.”

When we asked Bidaai girl Sara Khan, who is currently seen as Shalu in 'Junoon - Aisi Nafrat Toh KaisaIshq’ she winked her eyes and said, “Romantic date is basically planning romance intentionally. I feel it should be a strange thing happening sorted, it should be surprising, enchanting and adventurous.” Paras (Chhabra) are you listening?

“Good place, tasty food and music followed by a long drive,” said chocolaty boy Kinshuk Mahajan.

Raj Singh (Manan of ‘Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara’) said, “Romantic date according to me is loads of love and care with little bit naughtiness. Romantic date is not only being together in a room or a restaurant, its enjoying blue sky lush green scenery, fishing and cooking together  and of course followed with glasses of wine and sex to the satisfaction. It’s enjoying full moon night on milky white bed beneath black quilt.”

Angad Hasija’s ideal date is always with his wife Pari. He said, “Perfect date according to me is beach side dinner. Beaches outside India are preferred.”  So Angad where are you taking Pari?

That is what I’ll be doing soon as my girlfriend stays in London and I am going for an event there,” said Gautam Gulati who is presently seen in Diya Aur Baati Hum.

Uttaran girl Tina Duttasaid, “Rose petals showering as soon we step in. Candle light dinner followed by chocolate brownie. My boyfriend giving me a nice bouquet and a surprise peck on my cheeks makes a date more perfect.”

“Place doesn’t matter as long as you are with the one you really love,” affirms Giaa Manek.

Gautam Rode who is currently seen in Saraswatichandra said, “It should be in an open cafe on top of a hill, with light music playing in the backdrop. And no one else is there besides you and your loved one.”
