Sony TV’s most popular and long running show CID will soon witness a new entry. Shahrukh Khan starrer Chak De fame Tanya Abrol, has been roped to play a prominent role in the show.

According to our sources, “Tanya has been shortlisted to play a Jaywanti. She is as tough as Daya (Dayanand Shetty). Jaywanti is chatty, curious and will be seen exercising a hockey stick. She admires Daya and looks up to him.”

When contacted Tanya said, “Yes I am doing CID. I am playing a Marathi girl Jayawanti Shinde, who belongs to Haryana. It’s an amazing character, I will be breaking doors like Daya.”

Tanya already started shooting for the show and her entry is expected to telecast this week.

Last year Salman Khan whole-heartedly promoted his good friend Aamir Khan's film Dhoom-3 in Bigg Boss. That's why everyone was curious to know whether he will promote Shahrukh Khan's upcoming film along with Aamir's PK in Colors' most talked reality show?

Salman was bombarded by media, journalists repeatedly asked him the same question in almost every event. To which Salman promptly replied, "Yes, why not?".

Bollywood's Chulbul Pandey is well known for not letting bygones be bygones, but now moody Salman is following 'forgot the f**k..kiss and hug' attitude.

Mumbai: COLORS, today, announced its association with RFS Entertainment to present Indian audiences with a unique offering entitled “Got Talent World Stage LIVE” – a first-of-its-kind global on-ground extension of the Got Talent franchise premiering in India. Shah Rukh Khan, who will be soon hosting 'Got Talent World Stage Live', seems to be fed up with questions on his rival Salman Khan. King Khan said, he is bored of it now.

"It's an old question now and we have hugged each other and we are friends. It`s been too many years now that you all are asking me the same question ... I am bored now," When asked whether Kick star ever gifted him a painting as he is a better painter, SRK said

Shahrukh also took a dig at perfectionist Aamir Khan starrer P.K. film's poster. When the host of the show Mini Mathur asked him if he wanted to show his hidden talent under his belt which was not known to the people yet and he wanted to show the world, Shahrukh promptly replied, "Now it`s getting vulgar...show the world what you have under the belt (laughs)...mujhe aisa laga PK poster ki baat kar rahe hai hum."

When a someone asked whether SRK has seen Aamir's talent by shedding his clothes on P.K. poster, he quickly replied, "Idhar talent bola theek hai but isse talent mat bolna."

Salman Khan should return to host Bigg Boss 8

Amidst widespread speculation that other superstars Shah Rukh Khan or Akshay Kumar may replace Salman Khan as the host of Bigg Boss Season 8 on Colors, recently Salman himself gave a statement to the media in Mumbai. “If I don’t host, then I think Shah Rukh Khan would be a good host,” he said during the launch of the song Devil for his upcoming film Kick.

But Bollywood PR guru Dale Bhagwagar, who has handled public relations for the maximum number of Bigg Boss contestants like Rakhi Sawant, Kashmera Shah, Sambhavna Seth, Sherlyn Chopra, Pooja Misrra, Diana Hayden, Shamita Shetty, Ashmit Patel, Vindu Dara Singh, Zulfi Syed, Salil Ankola, Amar Upadhyay and Anita Advani, feels Salman Khan should return.

“I have a feeling Salman Khan should return as the host in BB8. His aura over Bigg Boss is inimitable. Few can manage to generate hype as easily as Salman Khan,” acknowledges the PR specialist. The publicist who has also handled the media for Shilpa Shetty during Big Brother is considered to be the best PR with controversies and hype.

“Bigg Boss is the greatest reality show Indian television has ever seen and Salman is a master with charm and a perfectionist with entertainment. The synergy has always created magic,” remarks Dale who is a seasoned hand with controversy, so much so that he was himself invited to participate in Bigg Boss 7 as a contestant, though he chose not to.

Apart from the Dabangg megastar, Bigg Boss has earlier seen celebrity hosts like Amitabh Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty and Sanjay Dutt.

King of candy floss romance 'Shah Rukh Khan' will be the first guest in 'The Anupam Kher's Show-Kucch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai'. In the first episode of the show King Khan will be seen spilling the beans over his life experiences.

Why Anupam invited SRK for the first episode? To which the veteran actor promptly replied, "Shah Rukh Khan's rise from being a TV actor in Fauji to becoming the second richest actor in the world is one of the most inspirational stories."

Anupam have been in the industry for about 3 decades and worked with SRK in many films like Pardes, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge etc, but while shooting for the show he got to know that Shahrukh Khan's real name is Abdul Rehman.

COLORS launches- 'The Anupam Kher Show - Kucch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai'

The 59 years old actor told us an incident which Shahrukh Khan shared while shooting for Kucch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai.

"Shahrukh is well known for his signature pose of standing with his arms open wide. I was literally surprised when he said, he has a fear that somebody will cut his arms. I genuinely asked him, are you serious? To which he replied yes," Kher said.

The episode will be aired on coming Sunday (06 July,2014) and everyone is waiting for the much awaited conversation.

Chhanchhan fame Farhan Khan to play lead role in DDLJ sequel?

Actor Farhan Khan, who was last seen in Sony TV’s Chhanchhan starring Sanya Irani bagged a lead role in Aditya Chopra’s next.  The film is rumoured to be remake of 1995 blockbuster film ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayege’. Shahrukh Khan and Kajol starrer DDLJ one of the biggest smash hits of Bollywood and went on to become one of the largest grosser in Indian film history.

According to our sources, "Aditya already started working on the script of the film, which is tentatively titled   ‘Dulhaniya Chali Dilwale Ke Saath’. The title might change later depending on the lyrics of the title song. Farhan Khan is shortlisted to play the lead role, evidently reprising SRK role from DDLJ. Actress Mahika Sharma will play Kajol’s part. Boman Irani and Paresh Rawal reprise roles played by Amrish Puri and Anupam Kher respectively in the original.”

Siddharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan learned to romance from Shahrukh & Kajol

Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra Promoted their upcoming film 'Hasee toh Phasee' which is scheduled to release on 7th February, 2014 on 'Comedy Nights with Kapil'

The duo had a gala time shooting with Kapil and were seen laughing throughout. The film will be the Sidharth's second film after his impressive Bollywood debut in "Student of the Year." He is also said to be looking forward to his third project, an action drama titled "The Villain" under Ekta Kapoor production. 

While shooting for the Comedy show, Siddharth revealed that he and his Student of the Year co-star Varun Dhawan used to copy Shahrukh Khan-Kajol and learnt their romantic scenes from them.

He said that during the shoot of My Name is Khan, he and Varun were assisting Karan Johar. And to polish their acting skills, they used to enact romantic scenes that Kajol and SRK were doing in the film. He also revealed that he and Varun were huge fans of both the actors and were in complete awe of them when they used to act.
