Bigg Boss 15: Raqesh Bapat admitted to hospital after immense pain due to kidney stone

Raqesh Bapat, who entered Bigg Boss 15 as a wild card entry, had to quit the reality show in the middle owing to severe agony caused by kidney stones.

According to sources close to the show, the TV actor was in pain last night (November 8) and was taken out of the Bigg Boss 15 house in Mumbai's Filmcity in the afternoon today (November 9). Raqesh is currently being treated in a Mumbai hospital. He is still being monitored and is anticipated to return to the show soon following his recovery.

Mishal Raheja to enter Saraswatichandra as the new lead!

Star Plus Saraswatichandra will soon witness a major highpoint with the death Saras(Gautam Rode). There were a lot of speculations made about, who will play the new male lead. A certain section of media reported that toss up is between heartthrob Karan Singh Grover and dashing Vivian Dsena. But now we heard Mishal Raheja is finalized to play the male protagonist.

A source from the production house on the condition of anonymity said, "KSG was almost finalized. But as he is currently shooting for a supernatural thriller with Bong babe Bipasha Basu, so he was not able to give ample of time for Saraswatichandra.Then we approached Raqesh Vashishth, who earlier replaced Karan Singh Grover in Qubool Hai. But he was not ready to do another replacement role."

Our source further added, "In the meanwhile, Vivian DSena was approached. But as Madhubala is expected to go off-air in August end and we want to introduce the new lead in August itself, so we finalized Mishal Raheja."

When contacted Mishal said, "Nothing as of now has been finalized as I haven't signed the contract yet."

Karanvir Bohra signed on the dotted line..will soon start shooting for Qubool Hai..

Karanvir Bohra, who shot to fame with Kasauti Zindagii Kay and later gave mind blowing performance in Saubhagyavati Bhava will soon enter in Qubool Hai.

He was rumoured to play main lead in Madhubala...Ek Ishq Ek Junoon after the leap, but now we heard he has been finalized to play new lead in Zee TV's Qubool Hai.

As we already reported, after the leap the show will see death of the Asad and Zoya. Surbhi Jyoti, who is currently playing Zoya is will play Asad and Zoya's daughter. Karanvir Bohra is roped to play Surbhi's love interest.

For those uninitiated, Karanvir was earlier approached to play Azad but later Raqesh Vashisth replaced Karan Singh Grover.

Karan has already signed the contract and will start shooting for the show soon.

Surbhi Jyoti to play Asad-Zoya's daughter after time leap?

Raqesh Vashisth, who recently replaced TV heartthrob Karan Singh Grover as Asad in Qubool Hai will soon quit the show owing to a time leap. "@RaQesh19: All well that ends well!! :-) Adios qubool hai..," he wrote on his micro blogging site.

According to our sources, "The creative's had shown enough of Azad (Raqesh Vashist) and Zoya (Surbhi Jyoti) love story and now they are planning to serve something new to the viewers."

As already reported by certain section of media that the show will witness two time leaps in a month's time. The first will be a leap to see Asad and Zoya as parents.

After the second leap, the show will see death of the Asad and Zoya.

Surbhi Jyoti, who is currently playing Zoya is expected to return as Asad and Zoya's daughter after the leap.

Despite of our repetitive attempts, Surbhi Jyoti remained unavailable for comment.

Mallika Sherawat, who is looking for a companion through a reality show “The Bachelorette India- Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika” might shake a leg in upcoming season of Nach Baliye.

According to our sources, “She is currently searching for her would be Mr. Right from ‘The Bachelorette’. She has already given a nod for Nach Baliye however she is still working on her dates.”

As we reported earlier Raqesh Vashisth and Ridhi Dogra already signed the dotted line. Other confirmed names are Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee, Sanaya Irani & Mohit Sehgal, Cricketer Vinod Kambli and wife Andrea, Nakuul Mehta (Pyar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara ) and his wife Jankee , Kanica Maheshwari (currently seen in Diya Aur Baati Hum) & her husband Ankur Ghai and Amarpali gupta & Yash Sinha

Bidaai fame Sara Khan and her boyfriend Paras Chabra are also expected to shake a leg. We also heard the channel has also approached Rajeev Khandelwal & Manjiri Kamtikar, Karan Singh Grover & Jennifer Winget, Anoop Soni & Juhi Babbar, Vivian D'Sena and Vahbbiz Dorabjee.

However, we heard Vivian who is currently seen on rival channel Colors’ has declined the offer for Nach because he is currently committed to Madhubala.

Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee, Cricketer Vinod Kambli and wife Andrea, Nakuul Mehta (Pyar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara ) and his wife Jankee , Kanica Maheshwari (currently seen in Diya Aur Baati Hum) and her husband Ankur Ghai are other confirmed names for the sixth season of dance reality show Nach Baliye.

Raqesh Vashisth to play chemistry teacher in Gippi

Chocolaty boy Raqesh Vashisth, who was last seen in Sony TV’s ‘Honge Judaa Naa Hum' will soon be seen in the upcoming Bollywood movie, Gippi.

According to our sources, he will be playing a chemistry teacher of Gippy (Riya Vij).Earlier Ranbir Kapoor was approached by Dharma production to play this role.

We heard he didn’t want to talk about his role in the films as last time his role was almost chopped off from Madhur Bhandarkar’s Kareena Kapoor starter Heroine.

We tried to contact Raqesh but he remained unavailable to comment.

Riddhi is Savitri in real life too, says husband Raqesh Vashisth

Actress Ridhi Dogra Vashisth, who is playing the lead in new show "Savitri", is like her character in real-life too, says her husband actor Raqesh Vashisth.

"She is actually Savitri because she stands up and lashes out at anyone, who says anything against me. She has always been very protective about me, she has always fought for me if I was right, she has always been there," Raqesh said here Monday at the launch of the show.

"Savitri" is the story of a woman and her immense love for her husband Satya and how she faces Rahukaal, the devil, to bring her husband back. The show went on air Monday on Life OK.

'Honge Juda Na Hum' has landed in another trouble!

Sony TV’s recently launched show ‘Honge Juda Na Hum’ started with a low TRP’s, last week it garnered .6 ratings. Despite of strong star cast like Aamna Shariff, Raqesh Vashisht and Aamir Ali the show seems weak.

It started with controversies, first made writer Preeti Srivastava has conceptualised the story. He sued the channel and the production house for refusing to give her due credit. Preeti’s demand is later accepted by channel and her name was added in the credits.

Now we heard, the production house has reportedly run out of funds and asked Hiten Seth to finance the show. Nevertheless, the channel is planning to give the show to another producer, since they aren't happy with it. If things don't change, the channel might pull out the show soon

We tried to contact producer Ravi Adhikari, but he remained unavailable to comment.

Scrutiny in conversation with RaQesh Vashisth who is all set to make a comeback with Sony TV’s upcoming show ‘Hongey Judaa Na Hum’...

Tell us bit about your character..
I am playing a married man Rohan. He is a painter; I am also a painter in real life. I am very happy playing a painter because I think with colors, with canvas, with every stroke you can show a lot of emotions, you can set a graph of a scene. I can show my anger by randomly painting something onscreen.

Go on..
Rohan is a very hyper guy, his heart and head decisions get jumbled up. He loves Muskaan (Aamna Sharif) so they got married. But marriage is something which comes with its own baggage and packages; sometimes it’s so difficult to handle. It’s a story of a couple who are going through ups and downs. Destiny plays a big role in our life, that’s what we have shown in the story. There is a situation when they have to go away from each other but only to come back.

There is a general perception in that Aamna Sharif has an attitude problem..
I heard stories about that she have a lot of attitude and she throws weight around. But when I actually met her, I didn’t feel that ways. I think that she is a nice person to work with. She is very convenient and very cooperative girl.

And what about your onscreen chemistry with her?
We gelled together very well during the pilot shoot. Everyone said our onscreen chemistry is amazing. We are actors; we want to perform our role so we want to get into the skin of the character and chemistry happens only when other person is reciprocative. For a good onscreen chemistry, an actor should not only say his/her lines but also he/she needs to concentrate on other person’s lines also. At the same time the person in front should react properly. Aamna is very supportive and a miraculous co-star to work with. For sure audience will see the mesmerizing chemistry between me and Aamna.

Is Ridhi (Dogra) comfortable if you romance with other actresses onscreen?
I already told her that I have to go out and out to create the chemistry, I hope you don’t mind. She was like, you are an actor and moreover you are my husband now, so I really can’t interfere. She is a practical woman and knows that tomorrow she may gets an offer for a love story then she has to do the same thing.

Are you romantic at heart?
Like a true Virgo, I am very romantic by heart, but I don’t live in la-la land. (laughs) I think you should ask this question to my wife.

Why you replaced 'K' with a 'Q' from your name?
There are so many Rakesh exists in this earth. It’s a very common name and I was surrounded with folks with the same name. From servant to an officer, every third or fourth person name is Rakesh. I decided to a ‘Q’ in my name because sometimes when you saving someone’s number in your mobile you do not write the full name, you simply save it by first name. So if you save my name as ‘Rakesh’, later you may wonder which ‘Rakesh’ is this. So to make a difference I added a ‘Q’ in it. I think ‘RaQesh’ look good.

RaQesh Vashisht and Ridhi Dogra to quit Maryada?

Maryada Lekin Kab Tak, late night show on Star Plus which is produced by DJ's Creative which is well known for its bold plot is under scanner. The show had been given plenty time to pull up it socks and improve the TRP ratings, nothing of that sort happened and the TRPs have inch by inch been sliding down.

According to the latest buzz show leads RaQesh Vashisht and Ridhi Dogra are on a verge of quitting the show. They were not happy with there track because they think creative team has lost the plot, RaQesh tried to convince them but all the efforts went in vain. They even had heated arguments, finally RaQesh and Ridhi decided to move on from the mess and put down their papers.
